- IWI W3 days ago4.0Our group had a lovely 6 days at the hotel. The location is good, with many eateries around. The tram line is not far either. But the best thing about the hotel are the staff, especially the people at breakfast Gigdem, Elizabeth and Kubra. Apart from looking after us for breakfast, we got advice about the best way to reach a destination. I must mention the very helpful reception Gokhan and Osman.

This is happened on June 3rd or 4rd night time, i got a call from the reception to go down to review something that i have NOTHING TO DO WITH and the he made a mistake , he mixed up with another guest because I'm wearing similar t shirt! And that another guest was about to do something suspicious! This is literally turned me off!!!

The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the breakfast offered a great variety of delicious options. What truly made our stay special, however, was the staff. From the front desk team at check-in to the kitchen staff (Çiğdem) each morning, everyone was incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful. They went out of their way to make us feel welcome and cared for. Their genuine hospitality made us feel right at home.

Receptionist helped loading our luggage. Another receptionist Cigdam Osman was so friendly n sweet n polite. Even the room services has a very professional job every day. Best part of staying at this location is saving you lots of money 1- leaving your luggage at air port cost 100s of dollars, this location has separate & secure room to keep your luggage 2- Attrations like Bosporus ticket are the cheapest at this hotel compare to any other place. There taxi services are comparatively cheaper too 3- a delicious variety of break fast is available on the site with quite, clean & calm environment

One of the biggest advantages is the convenience of having plenty of restaurants nearby, as well as a small grocery store right outside the hotel, which was extremely useful during my stay. There are also numerous shops within walking distance, making it easy to explore the area. The hotel staff were helpful and attentive, delivering the level of service expected and ensuring a comfortable stay. Of all the locations I have stayed in while visiting Istanbul, this has been my favourite. The Grand Bazaar is approximately a 20–30 minute walk away, and many other attractions are easily accessible from the hotel. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay in a convenient and well-connected area of Istanbul.
