  Sehr freundliche, hilfsbereite und aufmerksame Mitarbeiter. Wir verbrachten eine Woche im Hotel und es war alles perfekt. Begrüßung und Empfang an der Rezeption waren sehr freundlich. Man fühlte sich als Gast willkommen. Alles wurde ausreichend erklärt. Die Zimmer waren gemütlich, sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Betten groß und bequem. Klimaanlage funktionierte tadellos. Die Reinigung der Zimmer erfolgte täglich und der Herr auf unserer 2. Etage war sehr freundlich und stets gut drauf. Frühstück großes Angebot, es blieben keine Wünsche offen. Kaffee wurde am Tisch serviert. Am Abend kann man auch den Innenhof nutzen und den Tag bei einem Glas Wein oder Bier gemütlich ausklingen lassen. Das Ambiente ist hervorragend, dazu trägt auch die Gestaltung des Innenhofes mit kleinem Brunnen bei. Das Hotel hinterlässt einen hochwertigen Eindruck. Man fühlte sich in diesem Hotel wie ein König! Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

  Our stay at Crowne Plaza Istanbul Zeytinburnu by IHG was truly exceptional from beginning to end. Everything about this hotel exceeded our expectations. The hotel is beautiful and elegant. The lobby is stylish and welcoming, the room was comfortable with a lovely view, and the hotel garden was absolutely beautiful — peaceful, relaxing, and the perfect place to enjoy a quiet moment. The restaurant and breakfast were excellent. The food was fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented, with a wonderful selection. The atmosphere, especially around the garden, made our mornings even more enjoyable. A very special thank you to Mr. Umit at the Front Desk. From the moment we arrived, he welcomed us with genuine warmth and professionalism. He was extremely kind, attentive, helpful, and always greeted us with a smile. His hospitality made us feel truly valued as guests and added a very personal touch to our stay. Umit is a wonderful example of what genuine hospitality should be. Employees like him are one of the reasons guests remember a hotel and want to return. From the reception and lobby to the restaurant, breakfast, beautiful garden, views, and overall atmosphere, everything was simply wonderful. Thank you, Umit, and thank you to the entire Crowne Plaza Istanbul Zeytinburnu team for making our stay so memorable. We would definitely return and highly recommend this hotel. ⭐✨🤍

  تجربة كارثية ولا أنصح بالاقتراب من هذا الفندق إطلاقاً! للأسف تجربة سياحية سيئة بكل المقاييس في فندق افتُتح حديثاً (يونيو 2026): تأخير واستهتار: وصلت الساعة 1:20 صباحاً ولم أستلم الغرفة إلا 3:00 صباحاً بحجة النظافة، وضاع يومي ونومي بالكامل. قاذورات وانعدام نظافة: بعد المعاينة لأكثر من 3 غرف، التفاجأ بأن الفراش لم يُغير! بقايا أطعمة وشعر على الأسرة، والحمامات قذرة وغير معقمة. والكارثة الكبرى وجود سوائل جسدية (مني) على السرير في الغرفة 231! أعطال وتجاهل: التكييف متعطل ويخرج هواءً حاراً، وتجاهل تام من الإدارة دون حتى تقديم اعتذار عن المعاناة. الفندق غير صالح للسكن ولا يحترم النزلاء، وتتم متابعة الشكوى رسمياً مع وزارة السياحة وحماية المستهلك . Disastrous Experience – Avoid at All Costs! Absolute nightmare stay at a newly opened hotel (June 2026): Unacceptable Delays: Arrived at 1:20 AM exhausted, but check-in was delayed until 3:00 AM under the excuse of "cleaning." Horrific Hygiene Violations: Inspected over 3 different rooms; NONE were cleaned. Found food debris, loose hair on linens, and dirty bathrooms. Shockingly, Room 231 had visible bodily fluids (semen) on the bed! Linens are clearly NOT changed between guests. Broken Amenities & Zero Support: The AC was blowing hot air, and management offered zero apologies or solutions.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an outstanding stay at Crowne Plaza Istanbul Zeytinburnu. The hotel was spotless, the rooms were comfortable, and every member of the staff was welcoming, professional, and always willing to help. The service truly exceeded my expectations. I would like to give special thanks to the manager, Mr. Burhan Yildiz. His professionalism, kindness, and dedication to guest satisfaction made a huge difference during our stay. He went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect, and his leadership is clearly reflected in the excellent service provided by the entire team. Thank you to Mr. Burhan Yildiz and the whole team for making our visit to Istanbul so enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again when I return.

  Ich möchte mich herzlich bedanken beim ganzen team vom Crowne Plaza, wir sind mit einen Elektro Auto aus den Ausland angereist und das es gibt absolut keine Möglichkeit das Auto zu laden. SMS Gateways schicken keine Bestätigung auf eine deutsche Handynummer zurück und meine Kreditkarten wurden letztendlich auch nicht akzeptiert... Obwohl die Authentifizierung funktionierte. Man hat uns geholfen das die irgendwie wieder Strom ins Auto bekommen und somit auch zurück nach Bulgarien fahren können. Daher man hat wirklich alles getan um uns zu helfen. Desweiter das Zimmer ist von der Größe angemessen sauber und auf einen sehr modernen Technikstand eingerichtet. Bett ist sehr bequem..
