  Ümit bey ve Betül hanım kahvaltıda çok misafirperver davranmış ve yardımcı olmuşlardır. Kendilerine teşekkür ediyorum. Aynı zamanda kahvaltılarınıza çorba eklemesi de yapılırsa daha başarılı olabilir..

  Otel ilk bakışta oldukça geniş bir alanın içinde, ferah ve huzurlu yapısı ile öne çıkıyor. Bu anlamda amaç bir yerde kalmanın ötesinde, dinlenmek ve yorgunluğunuzu atmak ise burada konaklamak adına çok haklı sebepleriniz vardır demektir. Gayet temiz, geniş anlamda ihtiyaçlarınıza cevap bulabileceğiniz bir otel işletmesi. Personel oldukça güler yüzlü; özellikle Ümit Bey ve Betül Hanım restaurant bölümünde evimin kahvaltısında hissetirdiler. Yeni bir işletmeye göre oldukça hazır ve klas bir konaklama adresi. Hayırlı olsun

  Otel temiz ve bakımlıydı. Personel güler yüzlüydü. Fakat ses yalıtımı kötü olmalı ki Yan odadakilerin gürültüsünden ve yüksek müzik sesinden sabaha kadar uyuyamadık. Saat sabah 1.30 dan 5.00 e kadar müzil dinlediler ve ben her notayı duydum. 2 kez resepsiyona şikayet ettim ve çözüm olmadı gürültüye devam ettiler. Gecemiz berbat oldu. Sabaha kadar uyuyamadım. Uyuyamadıktan sonra otelin konforunun bir önemi kalmıyor.

  Here’s a clear but constructive version that separates the hotel experience from the restaurant: ⭐ My overall experience with the hotel itself was around 3 stars, but unfortunately, my experience at the restaurant was much worse. The restaurant needs significant improvement in terms of professionalism, food quality, and attention to detail. During my visit, we were served burnt bread, which should have been noticed and replaced before being served to a guest. What was more disappointing was the lack of professionalism in the overall restaurant service. For a hotel of this standard, I expected much better attention to food quality and guest experience. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and provides better staff training and stronger quality control in the restaurant. The hotel has a good standard, but the restaurant experience did not reflect it.

  Çok keyifli bir deneyimdi. Kendimizi evimizde hissettik. Odalın temizliği özellikle iyiydi, huzurlu bir uyku çektim. Odalarda her detay incelikle düşünülmüştü. Kahvaltı çok lezzetli ve çeşitliydi ekibin ellerine sağlık. Vegan beslenen biri olarak ben de çok seçenek buldum. Servis ekibinin ilgisi dikkati muazzamdı özellikle Görkem Bey’e teşekkürlerimi iletiyorum. Bütün ihtiyaçlarımızı biz daha sesimizi çıkarmadan farkedip incelikle destek oldu. Otelin iç mimarisi hoş ve zarif bir şekilde tasarlanmış. Ortak alanlarda huzurlu bir şekilde vakit geçirdik. Konum olarak toplu ulaşımlara yakındı. İstanbul trafiğinde araba ile dolaşmak istemeyenler için iyi bir seçenek. Yeni açılan bir otel olarak yolunuz açık olsun şimdiden. . . It was such a lovely experience. We truly felt at home throughout our stay. The cleanliness of the room was especially impressive, and I had a very peaceful night’s sleep. Every detail in the room had been thoughtfully considered. The breakfast was delicious and offered a great variety. A big thank you to the kitchen team! As someone who follows a vegan diet, I was also very happy to find plenty of options. The service team’s attentiveness and care were exceptional. I would especially like to thank Mr. Görkem. He seemed to notice everything we might need before we even had to ask and always supported us with such thoughtfulness and kindness. The hotel’s interior design is elegant and beautifully considered. We also really enjoyed spending time in the peaceful common areas. The location is very convenient, with easy access to public transportation. It is a great option for anyone who prefers not to drive in Istanbul traffic. As a newly opened hotel, I wish you every success on the journey ahead. We had a wonderful stay and truly enjoyed our time here.
