  Das Zimmer war geräumig, sauber und die Klimaanlage funktionierte zuverlässig. Es war mit Abstand das sauberste Hotel Zimmer die wir in Istanbul besucht haben, allerdings waren die Zimmer etwas hellhörig leider. Der Service war freundlich und hilfsbereit, manchmal wirkten sie etwas zurückhaltend. Ich hätte mir diesbezüglich mehr Freude an der Arbeit gewünscht, so dass wir uns Gäste umso willkommener gefühlt hätten. An sich eine tolle Anlage, die Preise sind in Ordnung. Wir waren als Familie mit zwei kleinen Kinder für zwei Nächte zur Übernachtung hier.

  Through the wonderful recommendation and top-notch seamless arrangements (medical appointments + transfers + translators + cost-effectiveness) made by Areti Medical Assistance by the Owner (Mr Muhammed Dündar) and his Medical Director (Polina Peretrukhina), I was referred to ‘Crowne Plaza Istanbul Tuzla Viaport Marina by IHG’ for accommodation. I enjoyed my stay at the Hotel and the Hotel Staff were always welcoming, professional, friendly, attentive, and their kind approach made me comfortable and I even extended my stay for several days more. There is a shopping mall annexed to Hotel, where you may spend your free time wondering around for shopping. Without a doubt, when it comes to healthcare organizations in Turkey, I highly recommend Areti Medical Assistance, and accommodation in Crowne Plaza Istanbul Tuzla Viaport Marina by IHG.

  Our stay at Crowne Plaza Istanbul Tuzla Viaport Marina was absolutely exceptional from beginning to end. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with genuine warmth and professionalism. Every staff member was friendly, smiling, and eager to help, making us feel truly valued throughout our stay. The room was beautiful, spotless, spacious, and very comfortable. The view was stunning and created such a relaxing atmosphere. As we were celebrating our honeymoon, the thoughtful welcome amenities made our stay even more special. The beautifully presented red wine, fresh fruits, nuts, and delicious treats were a wonderful surprise and showed great attention to detail. Breakfast was outstanding, with a wide variety of fresh, high-quality options. Everything was delicious, and the atmosphere was elegant and relaxing. The overall vibe of the hotel was simply amazing—peaceful, luxurious, and welcoming. Words truly cannot describe how beautiful this hotel is or how wonderful our experience was. Every detail exceeded our expectations, and the memories we made here will stay with us forever. A heartfelt thank you to the entire team for making our honeymoon so memorable. We will definitely be back and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul. ❤️

  Just recently I have stayed at this Crown Plaza Tuzla Viaport Marina, and from the moment after I stepped out of the taxi, I was greeted by Orhan, the concierge. What a great first impression I had of his professionalism, friendliness, great vibe and attitude! He is such an asset to this establishment because wherever I travel, this is exactly the kind of hospitality I love to receive. He deserves more than just 5 stars if possible! Absolutely every single day and every time you encountered him, he was nothing but smiles, genuine and always asking if everything is well or if I ever needed anything. As well as everyone else from the front desk, to all the restaurant staff to housekeeping, they are all in it to give you a five star experience!! I apologize for not remembering all other names of the staff! From my understanding the hotel is fairly new, the rooms are very spacious, super clean, beautiful decor, and very updated compared to other hotels. Whenever it will be that I will return back to Instanbul, I will definitely without any hesitation book my stay here again ! Excellent service and job everyone!! Thank you! Andrew F.
