The hotel is always clean, comfortable, and consistently provides excellent service. A special thank you to Aisha and Ali for their outstanding hospitality. They were friendly, professional, and always willing to help with a smile. I would also like to thank the entire team, including everyone whose names I don’t know, for their hard work, kindness, and dedication. Every member of the staff helped make my stay comfortable and memorable. I will definitely keep coming back and look forward to many more stays. Highly recommended!

- AAAbdullahJun 9, 20265.0The hotel is amazing, easily 5 stars, the rooms are HUGE, has a nice view, anything a child and adult would want is literally outside, amazing themepark and restaurants and shops. but the most important thing about a hotel is service, and I can see this hotel did its job. Mr. Arda and Mr. Orhan, they made the stay great. Both are very kind men, very helpful. Both were there whenever you needed something, Mr. Orhan never failed to make us laugh. THANK YOU MR. ARDA 🙏 THANK YOU ORHAN 🙏 Hope I get a chance to visit again.

I booked the room for two nights, but had to change it three times due to a problem with the air conditioning. The service was good, but the air conditioning wasn't working. I don't recommend it.
