  Otelin lokasyonu iyi metroya yakın 150 ile 300 metre falan var arası.yemek ve çalışanlar da son derece kibar ve ilgili insanlar.bilhassa lobide bulunan arkadaşlar 10 numara.lakin bir husus var ki(puanı da ondan düşürdüm) ondan biraz sıkıntı çektik."ses yalıtımı".yandaki yabancı turist ne yaşadıysa duyduk😆.bir ara televizyonu bırakıp çekirdek kola alıp dinleyesim geldi bayağı heyecanlı tartışıyorlardı.ses yalıtımı halledilirse bence sorunu yok otelin.saygılarımla🫡

  Bien que l’hôtel ne soit pas aisé d’accès, (métro à 300 mètres avec 35 mètres de dénivelé), ce-dernier était très bien. L’hotel au top, de belles chambres, une bel reception et un service exceptionnel, notamment avec Angel et Amit. Le petit déjeuner ainsi que le diner était très bon.

  I have stayed in many crowne plaza hotels thruout the world and i have high expectations considering this is a 5 stars hotel. Check in wasn't great. We arrived around 12.30pm. Check in staff took my booking details and passport asking me if I booked thru IHG. Upon discovering I booked thru a 3rd party, she immediately said she cannot process my booking until after 2pm. I would expect this level of response from a 1 star hotel, not a 5 star hotel chain. The first red flag. This hotel is very dated. Although the room is decent in size, it has a faint mouldy smell. Kettle is not working. Shower head came off, wall paper starting to peel off. Bathtub is heavily stained. Rock hard pillows. Finally, the smallest 5 star hotel TV which is probably older than me, doesn't even have hdmi input, let alone wireless casting. What a let down. Crown plaza, u can do better than this.

  I truly regret choosing this hotel for my 6-day stay. For a hotel that claims to be 5 stars, the service is extremely disappointing. The worst experience happened at the spa. I was with my family when we briefly walked into the gym and stayed there talking for a moment since no one was using it. A spa receptionist came over and asked us to leave. I completely understood that. However, what was unacceptable was the way she spoke to us. She shouted at us, was rude, disrespectful, and completely unprofessional. I chose not to react because I was with my family, but this is not the level of service anyone should expect from a 5-star hotel. I have stayed in many 5-star hotels around the world, and this has been by far one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. I would not recommend this hotel. There are several other hotels nearby that offer excellent service with courteous, professional staff and provide a much better overall guest experience.

  I am extremely disappointed with my stay at this hotel. This is by far one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. The room was dirty from the moment we arrived. The bathroom was in an unacceptable condition, and the bathtub drain was completely clogged. Dirty water would back up, creating a horrible smell every time we tried to use it. The carpets throughout the hotel were filthy. They looked as if they hadn’t been cleaned in a very long time. I couldn’t even walk on them barefoot or in socks because they felt so dirty. The hallways were just as bad. When we arrived around 2:00 PM, there was a tray of leftover food sitting outside a room. It was still there at 3:00 AM. That clearly shows how poor the housekeeping and maintenance services are. This hotel does not meet basic standards of cleanliness or hygiene. I would never stay here again, and I certainly cannot recommend it to anyone. If you value cleanliness, comfort, and proper service, avoid this hotel.
