  Buyuk boy kahvenin yaninda verilen su bu kadar az/kucuk olmamaliydi.. ama eger hedef bir de ekstra su satmaksa o da ayri bir elestri konusu bence.. yani bir kahvenin ve suyun pahali olmasini maalesef elestriyorum..neyseki servis yapan hanimefendi son derece nazik, kibar ve guleryuzluydu kendisine tesekkur ediyorum.

  Un grand merci à Khawla, chargée des relations clients de l’hôtel, pour son accueil chaleureux et son professionnalisme. Toujours souriante, attentionnée et disponible, elle a rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable. Sa gentillesse et son sens du service sont vraiment remarquables. Une personne exceptionnelle qui mérite d’être félicitée ! ♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️

  I had an absolutely nice stay at this hotel, Everything was perfect and clean. It was very comfortable the bed the rooms and everything. The service was very good the rooms were nice and spacious. Every detail really showed the quality of a five star hotel. The shopping place was nice as well. Honestly I couldn’t ask for a better hotel it was luxurious I would absolutely come back again. And i would recommend it for other people to come and have a nice stay at this great hotel. And even the service was so nice a girl named Havva was there and she was super nice to us. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

  Our family (my husband, our four children, and I) recently stayed at this hotel, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience! From the moment we arrived, we felt completely at home, as if we were in our own country. ​I want to heavily emphasize the impeccable cleanliness of the hotel and the incredible staff. Everyone was so welcoming, but a huge, special thank you goes to Khawla, the Public Relations Manager. Her kindness, warmth, and exceptional hospitality truly stood out and made our trip unforgettable. We were also incredibly grateful for the early check-in, which made our arrival so much easier. ​The location in Viaport is absolutely excellent and very convenient. Every morning, we thoroughly enjoyed the diverse and incredibly delicious breakfast. The wonderful pool and the fantastic spa were also major highlights of our stay! ​A massive thank you to the entire team for making our family getaway so special. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting!

  ¡Una experiencia absolutamente excepcional! Desde el primer momento nos hicieron sentir como en casa. Todo el equipo fue increíblemente amable, profesional y siempre dispuesto a ayudar con una sonrisa. Sin embargo, queremos hacer un agradecimiento muy especial a Sedat, quien hizo que nuestra estancia fuera aún más especial. Su amabilidad, hospitalidad, atención a cada detalle y genuino interés por que disfrutáramos nuestra visita marcaron una enorme diferencia. Personas como él son las que hacen que un hotel pase de ser muy bueno a verdaderamente inolvidable. Las habitaciones estaban impecables, las instalaciones son modernas, elegantes y muy cómodas, y el desayuno fue excelente, con una gran variedad de alimentos de gran calidad. Todo el hotel se encontraba perfectamente limpio y cuidado. Viajé con mi padre y con mi hija, y los tres nos sentimos siempre bienvenidos y tratados con muchísimo cariño y respeto. Queremos agradecer de corazón a Sedat y a todo el maravilloso equipo del Crowne Plaza por regalarnos una experiencia que recordaremos durante mucho tiempo. Sin duda volveremos cada vez que visitemos Estambul y recomendaremos este hotel a todos nuestros amigos y familiares. ¡Cinco estrellas se quedan cortas! Muchísimas gracias por todo.
