The staff has been extremely accommodating and very sensitive to my needs being that I had a medical procedure here in bursa. The manager of the restaurant his name is spelled "Tuncay" and his staff were were just exceptional in all aspects. I found them very kind and wanting to make sure that my stay was five star rated. They exceeded my expectations in all areas of expectations. I will be coming back in the not too distant future and I will be sure this will be my hotel of choice. I highly recommend that you give them a try when in bursa
