  Poor service, flawed rooms. Hairs in the bed and all over the bathroom floor. Air conditioner randomly shuts off. The water is extremely hard, so good luck washing the soap. And worst of all, the front desk personel is extremely rude. Asked me for confirmation that I paid with a doubting tone, although this was clearly shown via my booking and the receptionist confirmed the night before. Obviously a low quality operation. Avoid!

  I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The rooms and public areas were very clean, and the overall atmosphere felt warm and welcoming. The location is great — the hotel is quiet and peaceful, yet it’s close to plenty of restaurants and local spots. The staff were outstanding and truly exceeded our expectations. Special thanks to Ladir for the fantastic help on our arrival — you made everything so smooth and welcoming! Food was very good, and the service at the restaurant was just as helpful and friendly. Highly recommend this hotel. I’ll definitely be back!

  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Wonderful Stay – Highly Recommended! I had a wonderful stay at Voco Antalya with my family of 4! The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. The room was lovely, and the bed was absolutely luxurious and incredibly comfortable. I had such a relaxing and restful sleep! Great spot, short walk to the beach and nice restaurants around. The excellent service, comfortable accommodation, and warm hospitality made my stay truly memorable. Thank you to the wonderful team for making me feel so welcome. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would love to stay here again! ❤️

  If I could, I would give this hotel 10 stars! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ My husband and I had an absolutely amazing stay from 9th to 18th September. Everything was wonderful from start to finish. The staff are honestly some of the nicest and most welcoming people I have ever met in a hotel. They genuinely go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and cared for. The rooms are spotless, the bed feels like sleeping on a cloud, and the beautiful smell throughout the hotel makes the whole experience even more relaxing. The hamam is absolutely lovely — comfortable, clean and beautifully maintained. I especially love that there are separate sections for men and women, which made me feel very comfortable. I went by myself one day, and the lady working there even started the steam room for me because she wanted me to have the full experience, even though I told her it wasn’t necessary. That really shows the level of care and kindness from the staff. We are IHG members and have travelled with IHG quite a lot in different countries, so we have stayed in many IHG hotels. This hotel genuinely stands out. What makes it so special is the people who work here. Their kindness, smiles, hospitality and attention to detail made our stay unforgettable. A special mention to the security guard, who is such a lovely and kind person. Please look after him — he deserves a special mention! ❤️ We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. Thank you so much to the entire team for making our stay so wonderful. We will definitely be coming back again soon! ❤️

Otel bünyesinde hizmet veren kendi şık restoranı, Antalya gastronomi sahnesinde yeni ve iddialı bir yere sahip olacaktır bence.
