  Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr schön. Außerdem gibt es viele Aktivitäten, die man unternehmen kann. Im 9. Stock war es allerdings aufgrund der Musik bis spät in die Nacht sehr laut. Am nächsten Tag hat sich der Manager, Herr Tuna Korkmaz, persönlich um das Problem gekümmert und eine Lösung gefunden. Wir konnten anschließend in den 3. Stock umziehen, wo es deutlich ruhiger und angenehmer war. Dafür möchten wir uns bei Herrn Korkmaz ausdrücklich bedanken. Er war bei Fragen und Problemen sehr hilfsbereit und hat immer nach einer passenden Lösung gesucht. Das Einzige, was wir bemängeln müssen, ist die Sauberkeit der Zimmer. Die Zimmer wurden leider nicht gründlich und ordentlich gereinigt. Zudem wirkt die Einrichtung etwas altmodisch und könnte modernisiert werden. Insgesamt hatten wir aber einen schönen Aufenthalt, und besonders der professionelle Umgang von Herrn Korkmaz mit unserem Problem ist positiv hervorzuheben.

  1/5 — Do not pay for the health club membership We joined the Crowne Plaza Heslth Club membership in Antalya, expecting facilities matching a 5-star property. That was a mistake. The reality: gym equipment that doesn't function, a pool with consistently cold water and without filteration, floors that are wet and dirty throughout the club especially in the changing room, no respect for any appiintment if you make an appointment for a massage, tatty and old towels and lockers that mostly don't work. We also found a cockroach in the facility — completely unacceptable for a hotel of this standing. We requested to cancel the membership immediately after seeing the conditions. The manager agreed after showing him the list of complaints to charge us for one month only and refund the remainder — this was confirmed in writing over WhatsApp, with a promised refund date of 20 July. That date came and went. We followed up repeatedly, escalated directly to the hotel's Vice General Manager, and received nothing but more promises with no action. A written agreement with a specific date should mean something, especially from a Crowne Plaza property. Weeks later, we are still waiting and still being strung along. If you're considering this club as a non-hotel-guest member: don't. The facilities don't meet basic standards, and if something goes wrong, don't expect the hotel to honor its own commitments.   I recently stayed at Crowne Plaza and, unfortunately, was extremely disappointed with the overall experience from the beginning to the end of our stay. Upon arrival, we were informed that an additional £120 was required for the room we had booked. We were left with no alternative other than to pay the additional charge or arrange a different room, which was extremely frustrating and unexpected. The hotel also offered very little in terms of entertainment, particularly for families with children. There were no suitable activities or facilities for children. The only entertainment available appeared to be a club located on the 10th floor. Unfortunately, our room was situated directly beneath the club on the 9th floor, meaning that we were repeatedly disturbed by loud music late into the night. On several occasions, we were woken at approximately 2–3am, and on one particular night the noise continued until around 5am. We raised a complaint regarding this issue, but it significantly affected our ability to sleep and enjoy our stay. There was also an issue with the slide at the baby swimming pool. The slide appeared to be a standard slide rather than one designed specifically for use in a swimming pool. As a result, my child injured their mouth while using it, which was extremely concerning and disappointing. The food options were another major area of concern. Breakfast cost £12 per person, yet the selection was very limited and appeared to be the same every day. The lunch and dinner options were similarly limited, with very little variety throughout our stay. There were also no desserts or cakes available, which was particularly disappointing given that this was advertised as a family-friendly hotel. We also experienced problems with the facilities within our room. The electrical sockets would stop working intermittently, and on one morning we were without running water for several hours. When we contacted staff regarding the electrical sockets, we found it difficult to communicate the issue effectively, as the staff member assisting us appeared to have difficulty understanding what we were trying to explain. More generally, communication was challenging as very few members of staff appeared to speak English to a level that allowed us to clearly communicate our concerns. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel for a family holiday based on our experience. The level of service, quality and variety of food, condition of the rooms, available facilities, and overall accommodation fell significantly below our expectations. I believe these issues warrant serious consideration by the management, and I would appreciate a response addressing the concerns raised above and explaining what steps will be taken to improve the experience for future guests.

  Crowne Plaza işletmesinin acilen spa merkeziyle alakalı aksiyon alması gerekmektedir. Bugün ailemle beraberden instagram reklamları aracılığla keşfettiğimiz ve Crowne Plaza markasına güvenerek gittiğimiz spa merkezinden büyük bir hayal kırıklığıyla ayrıldık. -1. katta yer alan spa merkezi, hamam, sauna, kapalı yüzme havuzu, buhar odası ve köpüklü masaj vadediyordu. Ancak 5 yıldızlı bir otelin markasına kesinlikle yakışmayacak biçimde kirliydi. Sauna odası, turizm sezonunun ortasında olmasına rağmen hizmet dışı. Buhar odası, içeride durulamayacak vaziyette kirli ve küflü. Gerekli temizlik ve bakımları yapılmamış. Otel işletmesine gerekli şikayetleri yapmamıza rağmen spa merkezinin ayrı bir işletme olduğu bilgisi verildi. Bu tabiiki anlaşılabilir bir durum ancak marka adınızı kullanmanıza izin veriyorsanız, standartları da değerlendirmekle mükellefsiniz. Spa işletmesiyle görüştüğümüzde de -1. kattaki bölümün işletmeciler tarafından denetlenmediği bilgisine ulaştık. Bunun sonucunda da sadece kahvaltımızı yapıp, beach parkta kişi başı 600-700 TL’ye güzel bir kahvaltı yapabilecekken burada vasat bir kahvaltıya kişi başı 1000 tl ödeyerek hayal kırıklığıyla otelden ayrılmak zorunda kaldık. Kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyorum. Umarım Crowne Plaza yönetimi gerekli aksiyonları en kısa sürede alır.

  Açıkçası Crowne Plaza Antalya’dan çok daha fazlasını bekliyorduk. Oteli özellikle 5 yıldızlı olması ve Crowne Plaza markasına güvenerek tercih ettik, ancak 2 gecelik konaklamamız sonunda ne yazık ki ödediğimiz ücretin karşılığını aldığımızı düşünmüyoruz. En büyük hayal kırıklığımız spa bölümü oldu. Kapalı havuz inanılmaz küçük ve kadın-erkek ortak kullanılıyor. Spa alanı genel olarak oldukça eski, demode ve yenilenmeye ciddi anlamda ihtiyaç duyuyor. Açık söylemek gerekirse 2000’li yıllardan kalmış bir spa hissi veriyor. Bu kadar bilinen bir markanın, 5 yıldızlı olarak hizmet veren ve bu fiyatları talep eden bir otelinde çok daha modern, ferah ve kaliteli bir alan bekliyorsunuz. Odamız genel olarak fena değildi fakat banyoda su akıtma problemi vardı. Odada sunulan şampuan, saç kremi ve kişisel bakım ürünleri de 5 yıldızlı bir otelden beklediğimiz kalitede değildi. Açık havuz kötü değil ancak o da otelin kapasitesi ve 5 yıldız kategorisi düşünüldüğünde bize küçük geldi. Kahvaltı konusunda da benzer bir hayal kırıklığı yaşadık. Kahvaltıyı özellikle dahil ederek rezervasyon yaptırmıştık fakat genel kalite açısından oldukça standart bulduk. Kesinlikle “wow” dedirtecek veya 5 yıldızlı bir otelde olduğunuzu hissettirecek bir kahvaltı değildi. Personelin hakkını vermek isterim; çalışanlar ilgili, nazik ve yardımcıydı. Bu konuda memnun kaldık. Ancak iyi personel maalesef otelin fiziksel olarak eskimiş olmasını ve fiyatına göre yetersiz kalan imkanlarını telafi etmeye yetmiyor. Buradaki asıl problem otelin tamamen kötü olması değil; 5 yıldız ve Crowne Plaza isminin yarattığı beklenti ile gerçekte sunulan deneyim arasındaki fark. Ödediğimiz ücret düşünüldüğünde fiyat-performans açısından kesinlikle tatmin edici bulmadık. Antalya gibi çok fazla kaliteli otel seçeneğinin olduğu bir yerde, keşke sadece markasına ve 5 yıldızına güvenerek burayı seçmek yerine başka bir otele şans verseydik. Bizim için tekrar tercih edeceğimiz bir otel olmadı.
