  We have stayed most of the intercontinentals around the world; My comments to make it better; 1/ swimming pool must be opened for kids. We had to have a special permission at certain time, it should not be like that. 2/ there is no spa for families to enjoy, man and woman are separete. 3/ no place for kids to change 4/ the building owner is everywhere, holding best places at the pool, restaurant, otopark etc, it is like you rent a place but living with the landlord 5/ the staff must be trained for luxury stay, 6/ otopark needs to be renovated and free electric charging should be placed like the other ihg hotels 7/ lounge was not opened for club members, the hotel should prepare a designated area for members 8/ otopark to room access by elevator must be improved and securities must be trained. It is not a good welcome when you first arrive Overall intercontinental quality has not been reached yet, not even close. We hope next stat the hotel management takes the comments seriously and improve itself.

  Great residence and excellent service. I truly appreciate the professional, friendly, and caring staff. I stayed here for more than three weeks and enjoyed every moment. The quality, comfort, and welcoming atmosphere are exceptional. I highly recommend this place and would gladly stay here again. Mrs Younis
