The one that is available isn't accurate. Hit the info button and it does not show you the name of what you are watching. The channels are numbered with a -, example 31-1, 37-2, etc. Cannot type a - in the remote control. Cannot tell which channel is which. Stupidest TV system i have ever seen in my life. Cannot access apps on here either for me to sign in and do my directv. This hotel was much better 5 years ago. It didnt have bugs in it then and the TV system was a lot better. Common sense means a TV system that goes 1,2,3 etc not 31-1, 31-2, 31-3. The TV system alone is a deal breaker for me ever staying here again along with the bugs in the room. Disgusting.

Asked what time house comes in she says 730am we added another night at 630am 7am that was reason for beds not made but they brought clean towels reason was cause was a stay over

( no yogurt, no cream, no waffles, refrigerator was empty and tc ) on Sunday morning at 5:45 somebody start watching tv very loud and slamming doors, guess how happy we where... . Toilet in the bathroom very low seems like they where trying save money and where installing cheapest and smallest toilets ( kids size ). Shower head was so high that my wife 5'6" couldn't reach it, had to climb on the side of the tub to be able to set it the wai she wants it. But the stuff was very friendly and professional.
- AMAmanda MollenhourSep 24, 20251.0Buyer beware, we booked this hotel with a room that said "Two Queens suite with wet bar;" mainly because every picture on the website showed the sleeper sofa slightly separated from the rest of the room with a small wall and a separate TV (and a sink). We have a teenager so this is an ideal set up for us. When we arrived we were put in a room with two queens and sofa but no extra TV. When we asked about it the staff at first said, I don't know what you're talking about (he handed us another room to try which was identical). Then the next staff member did in fact know (she even stated "we get this complaint a lot") and said that no rooms look like the pictures on the website and that they really needed to change the pictures. 🙄 My husband travels for work weekly and we usually stay at Hiltons. We chose this hotel because it appeared to have the space we needed. Breakfast was poor quality, always dirty, and the indoor pool is set at 99 degrees, with inside the pool area being 88. We travel all over the country and this was by far the worst experience we've had. We will be solely Hilton from now on.
