When I got there at 9:00pm , they told me thst I had to pay an extra $140 for our 14 year old dog. Not what I was told. When I told Best Western that I would only stay one night because of there $40.00 plus tax a night. I was told that I had to pay for three nights. Had a bad sewer smell at parking lot near the trees that need to be trimmed
- CGCurtis GarnerJan 1, 20261.0So many things needs to be corrected here. The door lock was missing a screw and was loose, but it still worked. I entered the room and the smell of floral bug spray was really strong. The next morning I saw the roaches on the toilet seat. I stayed in room 211 and I tripped over the cord of the a/c. The beds are too high for most people, but they are comfortable. The large mirror with the built-in light does not work. Towels were the roughest I have ever felt. Something happened to the toilet seat and it looks like they used spray paint to cover it up. While eating breakfast I noticed the gentleman sweeping the floor grap a towel and wiping the tables down that was laying around and then without washing his hands started to check on the hot food and shuffle the food around. Someone asked for forks and he put one glove on and filled the fork container. When checking out I told the woman at the desk about not having any cold water in the shower and she just chuckled and never said anything. Someone higher up needs to do a surprise inspection.

- TRTAMMY RUSSELLDec 15, 20252.0Do not get a Jacuzzi suite with"fireplace". It's so outdated. The tub is tiny and the fireplace is electric. It's just a glowing log with a tacky electric cord hanging out. It was also an ADJOINING room. I'm not a fan of outdoor entrances either.
