We had to use the tub once, very quickly. Yuck!! We tried to get cold water out of the sink and but stayed warm. Not all of the vending machines were working. We did not stay for the complimentary breakfast. Person working the desk was very nice. The place was pretty packed with guest, but there are not that many places to stay in Townsend, TN. Townsend is a scenic, nice and quiet area.

Skip this one. - Stayed 2 nights, killed a cockroach each night. - Room smelled weird - Basically no soap or shampoo - AC unit did not work well - Front desk did not care about the concerns that were brought to them and nothing was done about it. - Location is meh. It's nice that it's more quiet than being in pigeon forge or Gatlinburg, and there's enough nearby that you're not completely out in the middle of nowhere, but if you're wanting to go to Gatlinburg or Pigeon Forge, it's a bit of a drive and there's always someone going slow on the main road in. - Fridge in both our rooms were set to the lowest setting so there was basically no cool air so we weren't able to refrigerate what we had upon arrival, I assume they do this to try to save a few extra pennies.
