  Great Price, Great location (very quiet). Great place for anyone that doesn't mind the short drive to the attractions in Gatlinburg / Pigeon Forge and does not like the overcrowded, over priced, dumpy hotels on the strip.

  Room was spacious, updated, and clean. However, I reserved the room with a hottub and fireplace specifically for a relaxing getaway.The fireplace didnt work and the hotub had a dirty ring in it. I bought cleaning wipes for it. The hottub did not drain unless you held the drain the whole time. The tub/shower in the bathroom also didnt drain well and filled up while showering. I would stay again but just ask to be sure those items had been checked and are working properly.

  Beautiful location. You can tell they had renovated some aspects of the room and they were well done, but others remained dated. Dead stink bugs on floor and bathroom tub could use a good cleaning. My big issues were lack of service, internet that dropped every 1-2 minutes on multiple devices, and the lack of enforcing the no smoking policy. I had tried to check out the night before as I wanted to get an early departure and I was told I couldn't (the manager was on his cell phone). I later called to inform them of the 4 people smoking in their room (and had been all afternoon and evening) and it got so bad I just left a bit after midnight. I do give them credit for having one of the rooms turn down their blaring TV/music. Bottom line: there's no sense in having rules and advertising a non-smoking facility if you don't enforce them. If you are cigarette smoking sensitive this is not the place for you (and yes, I know it's the luck of the draw whether or not you'll have smokers in the building).

  Mom and I have been staying here for a few years now whenever we visit the Smokies. We’ve always had a great experience, love how quiet it is and the people that run this place are so kind and wonderful. Their complimentary breakfast is great and honestly the best coffee I’ve ever had at a hotel. 🙌🏻🙌🏻 Highly recommend staying here!

  So many things needs to be corrected here. The door lock was missing a screw and was loose, but it still worked. I entered the room and the smell of floral bug spray was really strong. The next morning I saw the roaches on the toilet seat. I stayed in room 211 and I tripped over the cord of the a/c. The beds are too high for most people, but they are comfortable. The large mirror with the built-in light does not work. Towels were the roughest I have ever felt. Something happened to the toilet seat and it looks like they used spray paint to cover it up. While eating breakfast I noticed the gentleman sweeping the floor grap a towel and wiping the tables down that was laying around and then without washing his hands started to check on the hot food and shuffle the food around. Someone asked for forks and he put one glove on and filled the fork container. When checking out I told the woman at the desk about not having any cold water in the shower and she just chuckled and never said anything. Someone higher up needs to do a surprise inspection.
