  Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced at a hotel. Staff need training. Gym is terrible.

  Although I reserved my room in November at a rate of $195.00, I discovered upon arrival that the walk-up rate was only $68.00. Despite the hotel not being at full capacity, the staff refused to price-match, stating that I was required to pay the higher rate because I had booked in advance. Furthermore, I was very disappointed with the condition of the property. The accommodations were not well-maintained and did not meet the standard of the $68.00 rate, let alone the $195.00 I was charged. Given the significant price difference and the poor condition of the room, I requested a partial refund for the difference in rates and was denied. This location has completely ruined best western for me and my family. Never will book best western again. Zero customer service. Edit: to add the general manager also email me asking me to reach out if they could provide assistance. So I emailed, twice with 0 response. Dear General Manager, Thank you for your response. Regarding my recent stay, I was disappointed to find that I was charged $195 despite the advertised rate of $68 for that night. If you would like to address my concerns and improve my experience as you state, I request a refund for the difference. Could you please process this refund for me? Best regards, Karen Macneil

  Great Price, Great location (very quiet). Great place for anyone that doesn't mind the short drive to the attractions in Gatlinburg / Pigeon Forge and does not like the overcrowded, over priced, dumpy hotels on the strip.

  Room was spacious, updated, and clean. However, I reserved the room with a hottub and fireplace specifically for a relaxing getaway.The fireplace didnt work and the hotub had a dirty ring in it. I bought cleaning wipes for it. The hottub did not drain unless you held the drain the whole time. The tub/shower in the bathroom also didnt drain well and filled up while showering. I would stay again but just ask to be sure those items had been checked and are working properly.
