Hotel was filthy and disgusting smelled terrible. Not worth the time find another place that's clean. The staff was great. Kudos to them!

I was very disappointed
The rooms are very dated and worn
The most disappointing thing is there were roaches
On the counters and several in the tub
The roaches were just walking around which tells me there is an infestation
We left with the quickness
Not a lot to choose from in Sweetwater and this was horribly disgusting and I would not recommend using this facility

Stopped through to see family and this place was so dirty! Staff was nice, convenient location, just needs a serious deep clean and carpet removal! Our room smelled like stale smoke, mold and mildew. I travel for work go through IHG for every stay usually and it was so disappointing that we paid over $200 a night to stay somewhere like this.
Pool has been closed for months apparently. That’s no shadow on the carpet, straight dirt, back headboards were gross, mirror, TV streaked with residue and the shower had so much buildup from dried shampoo. Stinkbug in the bed, comforter had stains, spider in the bathroom, the a/c was gross/damp all night. We will stay somewhere else next time!

“Too Young to Check In, Old Enough to Serve — Make It Make Sense”
Before my 19-year-old son—who’s actively serving in the U.S. Air Force—could check in for his reservation at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites in Sweetwater, TN, I called ahead to make sure everything was in order. I even asked if they needed my info to avoid any hassle.
Instead, I was told by the manager that he would not be allowed to check in alone… because he’s “not old enough.”
Let me get this straight: He’s trusted with military equipment, trained to defend the country, and probably more disciplined than half the adults I know—but he can’t handle a hotel room key? Maybe next time he should show up with a juice box and a chaperone.
Here’s the kicker: age doesn’t equal responsibility. I’ve seen 30-year-olds lose their phones in the fridge. Meanwhile, my 19-year-old Airman has more professionalism than the entire front desk staff combined.
If your looking for a hotel the respects military service, uses common sense or simply understands that adulthood doesn’t magically begin at 25, keep driving.

All the staff are extremely friendly!! This hotel needs to change its name!
Motel 6 would be more accurate!
I've been going to this hotel for years! Since the new ownership over a year ago, it has become disgusting!!!
I left my luggage in my car after I had already checked in and went for appetizers and couple drinks. After I return, then I actually go to my room and wished I hadn't went for cocktails due to the smell and overall filthy carpet throughout the entire place. Everything is closed or broken not to mention the cockroach that met me in the bathroom for breakfast. The tub had a dark ring around it with spray drips that hadn't been touched. Extremely sad to see a decent place get to this condition...
Renovations... lol
I've been hearing that for over a year. Sad the staff shouldn't have to apologize for the place they work!
The owner should be Ashamed of himself!!
