  We stayed here two different times, our first day the bathroom Barn door was dragging on the floor making it hard to operate. During our second stay the shower door sticking otherwise we had a comfortable stay and enjoyed breakfast each morning

  I travel for work; cleanliness and security are the most important factors to me. With IHG/Holiday Express the rooms are typically clean and modern, and breakfast is great. This location had a great breakfast spread, the room was modern with lots of space to place belongings, and the bed was comfortable. Overall a good stay and decent for the price, but I would note two complaints: 1) upon check-in the room was stifling due to the temp being set to 77 on HEAT but thankfully it cooled down quickly and 2) the room could have been cleaner. I always bring my own sanitizing wipes for a quick clean upon check-in but there were some stains on the floor, scuffs on the walls, hair in the bathroom and what looked to be animal hair in one of the two queen beds. The only reason I didn’t complain is because the other bed/linens appeared clean, but it looked as though the linens on the other bed had possibly not been changed after the previous guest, perhaps because it didn’t appear to be slept in. Overall, I would probably book this location again.

  We've been here several times for various reasons since it came to Springfield and its been great every time. Free hot breakfast, 24 hour fitness and indoor pool that is actually heated. 🧡🧡

  Every time we have stayed at the Holiday Inn Express in Springfield Tennessee it has always been great. From Christmases spent there, to my wedding and anniversary and birthdays. But today let me tell ya. Ashley went above and beyond for mine and my partners anniversary. The room was made up, candles, rose pedals and the cutest swans on our bed not to mention the balloons in the middle of the bed! I cant thank my partner and Ashley more for making yet another perfect memory! Hotel room are always clean, the guest service is beyond anywhere I've stayed. Yall keep up the marvelous job!!!

  I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn Express in Springfield, just outside of Nashville, and had such a great experience. The hotel was super clean and well kept, from the lobby to the rooms. The staff really stood out, everyone I interacted with was friendly and went out of their way to make sure I felt welcome. The breakfast was fresh and had plenty of options, which made mornings easy before heading out. The location worked out perfectly, close enough to Nashville to get to the city quickly, but far enough to relax in a quieter area. The room itself was comfortable, with a cozy bed and everything I needed for a stress-free stay. Overall, it was a smooth and pleasant experience from check-in to check-out. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area, whether for business or leisure.
