- AMAmber MillerJan 5, 20265.0My boyfriend and I travel quite a bit, and this was truly one of the cleanest hotels we’ve stayed at. The property was spotless, well maintained, and very comfortable. Breakfast was great, and the breakfast attendant was especially kind, respectful, and welcoming. We also really enjoyed the indoor pool , it was crystal clear and such a nice reprieve during the winter months. The only downside to our stay was our check-in experience with the front desk agent, Danielle. We only know her name because we heard another staff member say it, as she was not wearing a name tag. She seemed to be having a rough day and came across as rude with a bit of a smart attitude, which was disappointing. However, every other staff member we interacted with was very nice and accommodating. Overall, we would absolutely recommend this property. It’s super convenient to Kroger and several nearby restaurants, making it a great place to stay when traveling through the area.

With IHG/Holiday Express the rooms are typically clean and modern, and breakfast is great. This location had a great breakfast spread, the room was modern with lots of space to place belongings, and the bed was comfortable. Overall a good stay and decent for the price, but I would note two complaints: 1) upon check-in the room was stifling due to the temp being set to 77 on HEAT but thankfully it cooled down quickly and 2) the room could have been cleaner. I always bring my own sanitizing wipes for a quick clean upon check-in but there were some stains on the floor, scuffs on the walls, hair in the bathroom and what looked to be animal hair in one of the two queen beds. The only reason I didn’t complain is because the other bed/linens appeared clean, but it looked as though the linens on the other bed had possibly not been changed after the previous guest, perhaps because it didn’t appear to be slept in. Overall, I would probably book this location again.
