- DSDelaware Chimney ServicesJan 3, 20261.0The hotel is new and looks nice, but the staff experience was terrible. At 10:00 PM, a front desk employee called my room and yelled at me about noise that was not coming from our room. Our kids were already asleep, and the call woke them up. There was no apology and no attempt to verify the situation. Completely unacceptable behavior.
