  Excellent stay, excellent breakfast! Great service. Would stay again here in the small town in the Tennessee Hills.

  I have been a loyal IHG member since 2013, staying a combination of business and personal. This hotel has single handedly ended my loyalty to IHG. I had a personal trip booked with IHG reward points and had to change plans resulting in not making the reservation. When I realized I would not make the reservation, I tried to cancel within the IHG app, but was not given the option. A week later, this hotel refunded my points and charged my on file credit card for one night of no show stay. I contacted the hotel to try to get them to keep the points, but not charge my card. This hotel pushed me off to IHG, IHG kept pushing me back to the hotel. In the end, both the hotel and IHG were blaming each other for “policy”.(Contradicting each other) Meanwhile neither would ever follow up like promised. When all was over, I ended up having to pay for the no show night, keep in mind I was not denying that I no showed, I was just trying to get them to keep the points instead of charge my card. Shame on this hotel and IHG! I hope one night was worth ruining 13 years of probably 500 nights worth of stays. Hilton Honors, you have gained a loyal member.

  It was Perfect! Great Location! Kept well cleaned! Been a long time since I stayed in a Holiday Inn Express because these are hard to find in great conditions! I read the reviews and totally agree with them! Good job Spring Hill!

  Rooms- generally very clean and everything was fairly new. A couple small maintenance things that might eventually become problems down the road, though. Rust on access panels, sub par grout work in the bathrooms. Location is fair. Spring Hill is growing fast, and that area has quick access to lots of local restaurants and stores, many in walking distance. Service - Front staff were friendly enough. Breakfast was standard holiday inn express fare. The main reason for the 3 is the price. I've been to several holiday inn express locations, and the room i got is normally in the low hundreds after taxes. Here, I was charged over 200 dollars for the same basic room. I've been to 4 and 5 star hotels that charge less for bigger and better rooms. Presumably this was taking advantage of those in due situations from winter storm fern, can't say for sure. Definitely won't stay here again though.

  Exemplary motel! Clean, quiet and the staff are friendly. The rooms are very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.
