stay away from this place. I booked a reservation for three nights in August. My flights were all cancelled from Boston. I called the hotel and they said I didn't call in time to get a refund. I told them that my flights were cancelled a few hours before leaving for the airport. I bought Allianz travel insurance which is a joke. I've called this hotel several times to ask for a manager but they keep telling me they're in weeks long meeting and can't be reached. Allianz is a waste of time because no one there understands what you're saying. I guess they need my $. I'm a member too but will be cancelling that. It's maddening that no one can understand anything at this hotel or the insurance place. They're crooks and fraud.

This place is wonderful. My room is quite nice and the shower is great. There are at least ten restaurants within a five mile radius of this place plus an AMC movie theater down the street.

Hvac rattled all night. Walls are paper thin, and the person next door had their TV volume maxed all night. I did a 15 hour cabinet install and was exhausted. Had another that morning. Called the manager the next day that was extremely rude, and tried to flip it on me like I did something other then spend 200 dollars at midnight on a nightmare. Her name was Kenya King. Safe to say I won't be staying there again. Probably got 2 hours of sleep for 200 bucks. I have a family member that has worked for the higher end Hilton for 35 years. She is looking into it for me. Just a bad experience all around.

Unfortunately, I had a bad experience yesterday. I forgot something and thought I'd come back to pick it up. I called ahead, but they told me no one had found it. That's called theft. Unfortunately, there are some insensitive people out there, and I wouldn't recommend it because those little details are what make the big difference between hotels.
