We had a couple issues with the room and the team was quick to resolve. Alex was the first to provide excellent service, he helped me with a special request a few hours before check in. That night we realized that our room had a worn out bed that is probably due for replacement… pillows were rushed to the room (thanks Hannah) when I called late at night and the following morning they were able to assist even further by helping us change out of that room.
