    We are regulars here. Staff is fantastic. The manager goes over the top making us comfortable and welcomed. She will make you a part of her family by remembering our past visits and family stories.

    Upon arrival, TV did not work in the room. I had a suite, but this thing was something out of the '70s. I surprised they didn't have a vibrating bed. Changed rooms after also discovering that the door did not latch. The new room also smelled musty and old. I paid almost 300 bucks, I would have been better off sleeping in my new 2026 Genesis.

    Comfortable beds and a very good fitness room for a hotel. The free breakfast was the best free breakfast I've had at any hotel. Automatic pancake machine, biscuits and gravy, and the standard juices coffee etc. Will definitely be staying here again next time I'm in Springhill.

    Lady at the front desk was super nice. Great little spot to eat next door. I was late for breakfast, but the nice lady pulled stuff back out so I could eat. Hotels are so expensive, but it was a pleasant experience.
