  The front desk/other staff outstanding but room/building facilities/set up and interior design and general structural/presentation inside the hotel rooms and lobby LEFT A LOT TO BE DESIRED! Definitely need some renovations and an overhaul them the remodel. Stains on the tubs. Just paint it over. Dancing holes in the tub, old old building and old fashioned bathroom design. Heavy porcelain toilets like the old days. It's so old. Very disappointed because this brand is usually pretty decent in other states and locations. Needed to stay for three nights and just ended up switching hotels on the third night. I couldn't take it anymore then that was a small bug in the bathroom that looked like a baby roach. To be fair I saw only that one little tiny baby roach for 2-day stay.

  Everything was great, except the pool, pool room and hot tub had no heat. I choose this place mostly for this amenity unfortunately. A lot of hotels only have outdoor pools. They did not try to fix the issue or even look at it. Just said, " sorry, the guy who deals with that left for the day". That was at 3:10pm on a Saturday night. We were only staying one night. Check in was at 3pm. The breakfast buffet was amazing. The room was spotless and large. Could have been a 5 star, but again we were expecting to use the pool.

  Great Hotel, spotless and clearly the Staff doesn’t leave a spec of dust in my room every time I m in Town. The Breakfast is ample compliment to the nicest Breakfast Attendant I have seen in my travels for some time. I never see Ivan standing, always on the move and greets almost everybody with a warm smile. Special thanks to the young Lady Latanna ( excuse my misspelling) the Front Desk morning Lady, very friendly on my way out. My Hats off to the Manager for having a great Team that makes this Hotel my one and only choice out of all in the area.

  If I can give this a -5 Stars I would, me and my family stayed here for a couple weeks and towards the end it went downhill. Most of the staff here is cool professional and just good people. However the manager not sure what her title is yet the lady with the red hair older black lady. Is very bitter rude and unprofessional. We got charged twice the same day for a room that was already paid for. And this was 3 weeks ago, and still to the day we have yet to get any resolution. Nor heard back from corporate or anyone regarding our money. And so have gotten nowhere. It's almost like they think we lying or something. If I was you I would not stay at this location at all...

  This has been the worst experience.I have ever experienced. I wanted to have a hotel room for the night because me and my wife needed to get out. The one thing that we requested was a hot tub.They did tell us that they did have a hot tub, but when we went to go use the hot tub, no one told us that it was out of order. Then, the room had a weird smelly funk to it. The bed rails that was holding the bed.I cut my leg on because it was extended out. And the bed was dented, it was me and my wife laid in it, and we just caved in. So the bed had no support none.Whatsoever. I definitely will not be coming back here.Anytime soon and I would not advise anybody to sleep in this hotel until they fix these things. Do you want more things?It was so hard to get into our room that I had to force myself into the room.Because the door sealed was messed up.That is definitely a fire hazard.
