    Great Hotel, spotless and clearly the Staff doesn’t leave a spec of dust in my room every time I m in Town. The Breakfast is ample compliment to the nicest Breakfast Attendant I have seen in my travels for some time. I never see Ivan standing, always on the move and greets almost everybody with a warm smile. Special thanks to the young Lady Latanna ( excuse my misspelling) the Front Desk morning Lady, very friendly on my way out. My Hats off to the Manager for having a great Team that makes this Hotel my one and only choice out of all in the area.

    If I can give this a -5 Stars I would, me and my family stayed here for a couple weeks and towards the end it went downhill. Most of the staff here is cool professional and just good people. However the manager not sure what her title is yet the lady with the red hair older black lady. Is very bitter rude and unprofessional. We got charged twice the same day for a room that was already paid for. And this was 3 weeks ago, and still to the day we have yet to get any resolution. Nor heard back from corporate or anyone regarding our money. And so have gotten nowhere. It's almost like they think we lying or something. If I was you I would not stay at this location at all...

    This has been the worst experience.I have ever experienced. I wanted to have a hotel room for the night because me and my wife needed to get out. The one thing that we requested was a hot tub.They did tell us that they did have a hot tub, but when we went to go use the hot tub, no one told us that it was out of order. Then, the room had a weird smelly funk to it. The bed rails that was holding the bed.I cut my leg on because it was extended out. And the bed was dented, it was me and my wife laid in it, and we just caved in. So the bed had no support none.Whatsoever. I definitely will not be coming back here.Anytime soon and I would not advise anybody to sleep in this hotel until they fix these things. Do you want more things?It was so hard to get into our room that I had to force myself into the room.Because the door sealed was messed up.That is definitely a fire hazard.

    Room was ok but not great. Room needs a good deep clean. Probably the least clean Holiday Inn Express I've stayed in with the updated rooms. Kinda sad honestly. Neighbors being loud late into the night. Hallway reeked of weed when we got there. But the thing that pushed me to a 1 star review was giant gap in the bottom of our door. I took a pic from inside out to show how easy it was to look inside with my phone. If your a single lady I wouldn't stay here.

    Stayed at an IHG hotel before and never have I experienced poor customer service, rudeness, judgement as if I’m a bothersome, or my children being stared down while getting breakfast. Unauthorized transactions being made on my card on file and points being taken from my husband account without any form of communication. The way the managers make you feel less of a human being the way they speak to you and conduct business. I would not recommend anyone to stay here unless you want to experience hassles with management and your card ran without anyone communicating first and no reservations made by us but we are told no one ran the card on file and no one made a reservation on our behalf, well we certainly did not do it! After leaving establishment my card has had numerous attempts to be charged but was told when the initial charges were made no one has done this, then how are you able to do it now? Husband got an email stating thank you for using points for a free stay well after leaving establishment that we never received a free night while staying there now we all of a sudden get this email. A lot of funny business conducted at this location and all along the hands of management! Staff is poorly trained and this does not help either when trying to pay for a reservation made by customers. No one seems to be knowledgeable and will take your money and act like you are not paying to begin with. Stay far away from this location to avoid the headache they will put you through!!
