The cleaning staff does a great job and the rooms always are top notch. I can't say enough about the experience of staying here. This IHG hotel "out stars" it's rating!
- LALandon AullSep 9, 20253.0Staff can be quite confusing when it comes to communication as they extended my days without me confirming it and told me something that was not actually of their ability when I could've gone through the website to actually earn points for my 9-day stay. Systems malfunction a decent amount and hotel does have cockroaches as I seen one crawling beside the elevator before I got in it. Manager doesn’t like to compensate back in some form of manner even in points and told me that I went through Expedia even though I went through an honor society website which are 2 separate things. Other than that, the stay was nice and you get your own cupboard and sink to make food and drinks from.
