We have stayed at them all over middle Tennessee but the staff here is so sweet, delightful , and always smiling ready to help you with all you needs . kacey at the front desk on night shift is such a sweet soul and a hard worker, she is always doing some kind of work but ready to make sure I have everything bi need.. Candlewoos is lucky to have Kacey on staff. Great hotel Great staff

The cleaning staff does a great job and the rooms always are top notch. I can't say enough about the experience of staying here. This IHG hotel "out stars" it's rating!
