- FIFire and Ice Turnkey Unlimited Inc6 days ago3.04/6/26 6pm. This place is moving further to the bottom of the totem pole. TATE seemed to be too busy to wait on your clientele as the line kept getting longer. We use this AVID alot for business as I book many of our guys. When he finally came to counter his bad attitude was seen by many. He was impatient as we were all bothering him checking in. I asked if you sold milk, he said no we can wait for it in the morning. Exact words! That honestly wasnt the point. Its ok tho we called FAIRFIELD and asked did they sell milk and they did! Except they dont sell it they give it to you! So, while having conversation with FAIRFIELD we talked about rates. Although their rates are slightly higher their customer service speaks volumes! Definitely worth it and will be booked for our monthly bookings. The girls checking out morning of 4/7 one had her Bluetooth in and on her phone, the other wearing cartoon attire. The one with the phine said it was her 4th day. Obvious being that comfortable in her 4th day speaks volumes on the management in this building. BTW the sink faucet that another one of your customers complained about is still not fixed. Good bye AVID.

The bed and pillows were comfy. Limited breakfast options, but it was fresh and enough for us, especially with the price. We would stay here again!

- BBB BBMar 5, 20264.0We stayed at this location on February 14th for a soccer event and had a pleasant experience. The rooms were clean, the location was convenient, and the free breakfast was a nice bonus. It’s situated right off the interstate and close to plenty of restaurants and other amenities. It’s also only about 15 minutes from Murfreesboro. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is that the bathroom faucet was very loose and needed to be replaced.
