  Room had roaches one was crawling on me in the bed. I thought I was tripping but we checked out and didn’t look back. It was more than one very disgusted ruined my trip because now we had to find somewhere else to stay.

  This place underwent a half million dollar renovation about three years ago, but you'd never know it. Poorly renovated/maintained, our room wasn't clean, and there were bugs around the desk/refrigerator area.

  Several things in the room either didnt work or were broke. Bathroom door lock was on the outside of the bathroom??? Kids kept knocking and running we called front desk being it was in the middle of the night and early morning hours i was asked what she was supposed to do about it ! Front desk refused to change our room .....

  I have stayed at this hotel often several days a month and I just read some of the reviews and I got to say that I've never had a problem with the hotel it's very clean the beds are very comfortable and the breakfast is good maybe some of the people leaving reviews posted on the wrong hotel the staff are oh so friendly yes some of the light fixtures have a little rust on them and you might get a room where you can't plug the bathtub to take a bath but the shower works just fine when I stay here the front desk person usually knows me by my name where I stay so often and let me tell you if it wasn't clean I would not stay there the only thing I would change is add more cable TV channels and maybe leave the orange juice machine on a little longer
