- JGJasmine GatesDec 22, 20253.0Dec 2025… the heat barely works as soon as I walked in I put it on 80 full blast high it never got warm the 1st 2 nights I couldn’t sleep because I was cold the last night (3rd night) it finally got warm and I was able to get a good nights sleep, they had the same breakfast every morning nasty sausage links, dry scrambled eggs and a waffle maker by the 3rd morning I just went out for breakfast they need to change it up not have the same thing every day and it needs to taste better

Very clean rooms,bathrooms,hallways. Ice machine There is no vending machines for drinks or snacks. Coffee maker with coffee inside the rooms. Heat and air worked well.

- KKKeytonDec 7, 20251.0Well, outside seems nice. Staff was initially friendly. Checked in, about 45 minutes into our stay the fire alarm goes off in the whole hotel, fire department shows up. I tried using the phone room to call the lobby to ask if we're suppose to evacuate..nothing. Just dual tone.. I use my cell, call and they said not to evacuate all is fine. Ok... I go to brush my teeth and I see two roaches climbing on the walls.. ok GOTTA GO. Load up my stuff, went to the lobby and request a refund. Gentleman was polite and understood. Stated my refund would be done by the manager and I left.. this place isnt for me FYI. The tub didnt drain either.. pics leave alot! To be desired for.. When I went to the lobby to request a refund, employee was polite and stated no problem. I gave my card to them to issue the refund and he stated it would have to be the manager.. so we will see what happens. Will update!
