Great view and perfect location. Literally around everything but a little back off the main drag so you dont get all the noise. Employees all friendly, place was clean. Only real complaint, the bed was trash. Can definitely be replaced ASAP. Regardless, I'd stay again. Breakfast was the normal HIE fare.

We came back to the room on Saturday night and only 2 parking spots were left, one on the very end of the parking lot from the door and the other a car took up two spots… the bed is pretty “firm” we woke up with our backs hurting the pillows wasn’t the best but the breakfast was pretty decent… probably won’t stay here again We had room service heating on our door at 9:45 trying to clean our room on a 11 o’clock check out.. not impressed

He says nothing better than getting in a car and driving from Michigan to Tennessee..The location is excellent, the rooms are phenomenal, but the best part is the service. Karen at the front desk over the years has helped me book the exact room to my son's liking for his birthday. She goes over and above to make you happy. She is like your best friend. And the manager Alex is superb at her job. She cares about her employees along with making her guests feel like family..I would recommend staying at this hotel. You won't be disappointed I promise you!!
