Clean, great hospitality, modern and spacious rooms. Location is close to all attractions. Bonus it sits on the hill so if you exit left off the property you can take the back roads and reduce the pile up on the main road. Love this place and will stay here again on my next visit.

I usually don’t like to leave bad reviews. I had two room reservations for Dec 21-Dec 22 2025. Unfortunately the rooms were not up to our standards and unsanitary. I found hair in both beds of the room, a roach leg in another bed. Rooms smelled like smoke. I’m very familiar with housekeeping and hospitality being I used to be a housekeeper. I tried to be understanding, the front desk representative was willing to send a housekeeper to change the bedding. Upon coming to change the bedding the housekeeper look like she came straight from her house, unkept, no uniform or housekeeping cart—didn’t know any English with the bedding in her arms. I was refunded for one room but unable to get refunding for the second room. I spoke with a manager and she stated that Capital One Travel uses a third party and she sent the refund back to Hopper. Unfortunately Capital One Travel hasn’t received it. I was supposed to receive an email to confirm this refund without the third party virtual card number and I’ve yet to receive it. Capital One Travel has been trying to get ahold of a manager and seems to be unsuccessful. I hope this gets to someone who can resolve this issue. Thanks
