  My husband and I stayed at one of their properties in Pigeon Forge in January. We had previously stayed at the property and it was very clean and had everything we needed. Unfortunately on this trip we had to check out a day early because where we live was expected to get over a foot of snow. Josh from Cabins USA called us and noticed we had left a day early. We explained there was no issue with the property, we were just trying to beat bad weather. He said he would credit us the one night stay to use on a future visit to be used within one year. We were totally not expecting that and will definitely take advantage of the credit since we love coming to the area. I know they sometimes get some bad reviews on here but they didn't have to give us a credit due to weather, but they did. Excellent customer service and the cabin we had stayed in was perfect for us and a great location.

  Stayed 3 nights, Friday-Monday. Friday and Saturday night, the cabins on each side of us partied loudly until morning hours. The people (they seemed like they were late teens or early twenties) in the cabins on each side of us were together and we somehow ended up between them. They walked back and forth between the cabins constantly and into late night. They parked in our parking spot and then told us to park further down, nowhere near our cabin. They did eventually find the person that owned the car and they moved. They stole our chairs from around our fire pit. Yelled obscenities back and forth. Woke up the first morning to beer cans and trash everywhere and all around our fire pit. There was no curtains or blinds on the kitchen windows or front door so we felt like we had no privacy from the people constantly walking back and forth. Some of the other issues we had were with the cleanliness. There was pee in one of the toilets and pee on the toilet seat. Debris on the comforters of both beds. One of the beds didnt have a fitted sheet, they used a flat sheet in place of a fitted sheet. One of the bedroom doors didnt latch. Both jetted tubs had debris in them. One of the light switches had something splattered on it. Outside, bear-proof trash cans were full and not emptied the whole time we were there.

  Pool and Theater Lodge Beautiful Cabin 6 Br 6 bath . Decorated beautifully . Kitchen had all pots pans utensils to feed 12 and more . Seating was not a problem . Did not get to use pool but was clean . Parking a little sketchy if you have over 4 cars . Book every year twice with Cabins USA . The projector would not play in theater room .Watched Superbowl on Main Floor.

  We traveled 9 hours from Florida, and upon arrival we discovered that our cabin had not been cleaned from the previous guest. Needless to say, after such a long drive, I was immediately disappointed and contacted Cabins USA. At that time, they advised they had another cabin available just down from our original booking and offered for us to go take a look to see if it would meet our needs. A few minutes later, I received a call from the company apologizing for the oversight and acknowledging that the cabin was not ready for our stay. They let me know that a member of management would be reaching out to make things right. That’s when I had the pleasure of speaking with Josh. Josh was prompt, understanding, and genuinely empathetic to our frustration. He didn’t make excuses instead, he focused on doing the right thing for the customer. He stayed in touch during and even after our stay to ensure we didn’t encounter any additional issues while visiting the Smoky Mountains. As someone who serves the public, I understand how important it is to see situations through the lens of the customer, and Josh did exactly that. This was our first time staying with Cabins USA in all the years we’ve been vacationing in Tennessee. What started off as a less-than-pleasant experience after a long road trip turned into an incredible stay. I truly look forward to our next trip and can’t say enough about the prompt response, follow-through, and communication I received from Josh. If you’re looking to stay in the Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge area, I highly recommend Cabins USA.

  my family and I stayed at the relax and reset. The hot tub wasn’t filled up I had to call to get someone to fill it that didn’t happen till the next day also the remote was missing a remote was brought the next day as well but in the meantime we was looking everywhere for the remote as i. rented that cabin to be able to have movie night in the theater room after hours of looking under the theater seats in between theater chairs we found it under the theater chairs was really nasty with drink bottles. The kitchen the cabinet under the sink the handles screws was missing falling off the master shower in the online description it showed a big master shower with led lights the led lights however none of that works pool stick holders on the wall are messed up the cabinet is nice just needs some work done and to match the description so it’s not miss leading on the website has a outside fireplace but u have to bring ur own propane.. Josh kindly reach out to me he actually called several times before he got ahold of me that right there was showing that he was trying his hardest to contact me when we talked over the phone he did apologized I asked if he had contacted the cabin owner to address issues he answered all my questions that I had he gave me a free night for the issues to try to make up for he listen to Everything that happened he was trying to resolve them quickly as possible I do believe very polite guy I believe he is trying to make sure it doesn’t happen again.
