    Very nice hotel, beautiful rooms, comfortable beds, nice staff, great breakfast, fair price. Shane was very nice.

    The room was clean, the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was great. I was disappointed by the room temperature control, you can't select hot/ cold, you can't select constant fan.

    My family and I stayed here and we were put in a room located just behind the elevators. From the moment we entered, there was a loud mechanical noise—sounding like a faulty AC unit or fan—coming from outside the window area. The noise was constant and extremely disruptive, especially during the night. Unfortunately, my wife and our two daughters (ages 3 and 12) were unable to get any meaningful rest as a result. To make matters worse, there was no manager on duty during our entire stay to address the issue, leaving us without any assistance or resolution on-site. This experience fell far below the standards we expect from IHG properties, and it negatively impacted what was meant to be a comfortable overnight stay for my family. Given the circumstances, I believe compensation or a refund is warranted.

    We stayed here for a football weekend. The staff were friendly and responsive. The light in the entry of our room was out and they apparently already knew about it and had it on order. It was dark so it was hard to use the mirror in that space. There was a handy ledge in the entry area and I thought an outlet near that ledge would have been ideal. There weren't enough outlets in the room. Some of them were loose and ineffective. In the bathroom I was happy to see Dove products vs no-name products. The room was clean and comfortable. Didn't eat breakfast in the morning but they had a reasonable selection. I'd stay here again.
