- GRGrace Rivers5 days ago5.0I’m local to the area and stayed here with my kids because of a plumbing issue at my house. The staff here was great — a blond man checking us in made sure to offer my children warm cookies, and there was a lady at breakfast this morning who couldn’t be sweeter or more hospitable. The room was clean, and we had everything we needed. This part of town is almost outside the city. It’s close to several gas stations, a couple grocery stores, and plenty of restaurants, both fast food and sit-down. There’s a Starbucks right next to this location as well. This is a residential area, so expect higher traffic volume at rush hour times, and give yourself a little extra time to get to where you’re going. I always joke that everything in Knoxville is 15 minutes away, but at this location, you might be pushing that to 20 minutes. All the same, Knoxville is a very safe city, and this location’s neighborhood is no exception to that rule. If you’re looking for a clean place to stay with complimentary breakfast and warm staff, this hotel has that and more.

It's near the highway and there was highway noise until 9 pm or so; after that it was pretty quiet and we slept well. The hotel was well-maintained. The free breakfast was satisfactory with many options. Coffee was good. The staff were all friendly and accommodating. We would stay here again
