  I reserved a Jacuzzi tub room. Room 104 Layout felt weird. Narrow room, small living room with a very uncomfortable couch, basically no spare outlets to plug anything in. Then you walk through the bathroom to get to the bedroom. Bedroom was fine. Bed wasn't the most comfortable but acceptable. The blinds didn't fully block out the outside light (some sort of outdoor lighting crept in all night). The big issue other than the living room area being bad was the bathroom was hacked together by a terrible contractor. Half the room had drop ceiling (generally odd and not common in bathrooms because it's easy to hide cameras in) that wasn't even in good condition. It hD 2 sinks. One the water barely trickled out and the other it was a slow flow. Toilet didn't have much flushing pressure but at least was on its own with a door to separate form the rest of the bathroom. The show had little pressure And the floors aggressive sloped so it felt like taking a shower in a fun house. the last and disgusting part was the whirlpool tub. I give them that for whatever reason the tub actually had GREAT water pressure and filled the rub quickly. Issue is as soon as you turn on the keys black clumps come out the jets. Seems like they aren't properly cleaned. Haven't run into this at ANY hotel before even when getting a room at a similar more budget chain. Maybe the standard rooms are fine and the location is pretty good for the different attractions. Breakfast looked fine but much more interesting options all around so we didn't try it. DON'T book a Jacuzzi room here. This is not the first review bringing up the issues with he bathroom as a whole and wish we saw it before booking as not having the tub be in clean working order was a huge let down

  Upon arrival it was found that my reservation was given to someone else because the person at the front desk wasnt competent enough to check the proper identification. However the sweet lady at the desk was trying her best to correct it. It did take quite a bit of time to get sorted out at which time the person who came to help basically blamed us for having such similar last names. Okay? By the time we did get in our room after a long trip we just wanted to take a nice hot shower. Sure, the water pressure was so low it was like showering in a dribble and the tub didnt drain. It was overall not the best experience. Breakfast was cold. The cleaning lady was slamming the vacuum against our door. The manager never called to even discuss the initial incident which is incredibly unprofessional. The only reason I'm even giving 2 is the room was at least clean.

  Extremely happy with our stay. The only thing that went wrong was our tv didn’t work but Dominic did everything he could to fix the tv and the whole situation. We were extremely pleased with Dominic’s professionalism and over all welcoming and friendly attitude at all times. And the breakfast was great as well. The workers were helpful and always asking if there was anything we needed. They created a happy and welcoming atmosphere to enjoy our breakfast. We also loved the pool and the fire pits outside. We would absolutely stay here again. Thank you!

  We had an amazing experience here. In general, Holiday Inn Express is my favorite chain to stay at because they are pretty consistent between locations, and this location is the best one we have stayed at. The staff are wonderful and very friendly. The room was really nice, but needs some maintenance. Some tiles cracked and the toilet seat missing a hinge cover, but nothing that made the room unlivable. The pool is heated and they actually heat it to a pleasant temperature. 10/10, my kids and I loved the pool. The best part of this hotel was the breakfast. I saw no less than 2 people attending the breakfast area at one time. They wer le fast at refilling food, keeping the area clean, and helping people who needed it. This is the reason why we extended our stay. It was the cherry on top of an already pleasant experience.
