This was the worst place I have ever stayed, I normally don't post reviews but I don't want anyone to waste time and money. Awful experience

We checked in at 4am and got us right into a room. My daughter had an accident the bed the next day and they came and changed our sheets on both beds while we were gone and when we came back the had put a stuffed animal on each bed that the kids had brought and the laugh so hard about that.

Clean, good sized room, good location 5 minute drive from Dollywood, walking distance to shops and restaurants and attractions including Dolly's Stampede. Friendly service, shout out to Holly on reception who was extra helpful and had lots of local advice.
Would stay again.

We stayed at the inn on a very impromptu girls trip. The room was super clean and supplied all the basics. I do wish there were a few hanging hooks in the room for jackets and such. (That’s me being extra)
The front desk staff were all amazing and friendly! Holly, Brianna & Makayla!
Now, let’s talk about the food next door… NOT FOR US! Our first night we ate dinner there out of convenience. The menu looked okay & the food was pretty expensive but we decided to eat there anyway. Our potato pancake appetizer, despite having bacon, sour cream, etc was BLAND. The schnitzel with Jager sauce was decent and the salad was fresh. I also had the salmon and that was a mistake, it came on a bed of lettuce?
Our bill for 2 people was $90 plus tip. THEY CHARGE $5 A FOUNTAIN DRINK/TEA. Heads up. Breakfast the following morning came with pancakes and eggs. They were just meh but edible and enough to fuel us for the day.
I decided to add a bratwurst. I work in veterinary medicine and we have a dog food we feed to the sick patients called Hill’s I/D. I’ve never tasted it but this sausage smelled/looked identical just with beer. The texture was off and there was no snap. The disappointing food definitely made me miss my Oma.
