First of all location location location! Easily accessible to many activities in Pigeon Forge. Staff were friendly and kind. They have a rooftop and could see the fireworks for New Year's without having to get in the hustle and bustle. Would definitely stay there again.

I was placed in this hotel after a bad experience at the sister company next door. The stay here was amazing. I couldn’t sleep well because of my previous experience at home 2 suite next door. This hotel was amazing. Definitely stay here on your travel.

It’s listed as a 2 star hotel for a reason rooms are clean water pressure is terrible you can hear the rooms next too you beds are ABSOLUTELY Uncomfortable don’t plan for comfortable beds and staff is terrible! House keeping cant speak English and should be a requirement. I will never stay here again take ur money somewhere worth staying there are plenty of good places to stay.

I’m old and it’s the only hotel I’ve ever been to without a microwave, no table and no fan in the bathroom. Small and cramped room and a hard bed but was clean.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! Everything was very clean and well maintained. The beds were actually very comfortable — even though I saw some other reviews saying otherwise, we slept great every night.
The front desk staff was extremely kind and helpful, which made us feel very welcome from the moment we arrived. There was absolutely no funky smell anywhere in the hotel or in our room, which I really appreciated.
The rooms have tile floors, which I personally loved — they feel much cleaner and fresher than carpet. Housekeeping comes every other day and did a great job keeping everything tidy.
Breakfast was good and had different options each day, so it never felt boring. The location is also excellent — close to many attractions, museums, and things to do.
Overall, we were very happy with our stay and would definitely choose this hotel again!
