    THE CUSTOMER SERVICE OFFERED BY THIS HOTEL IS HORRIBLE. I HAVE DEVOTED MY BUSINESS TO THEM FOR A LONG TIME, AND THEY HAVE NOW LOST IT OVER ONE NIGHT. THEY REFUSE TO REFUND MY MONEY DESPITE MY VALID REASONING FOR CANCELING 5 DAYS BEFORE CHECK IN. THIS IS ONE ROOM FOR 2 NIGHTS. MY TYPICAL RESERVATION WITH MY COMPANY IS 3-8 ROOMS FOR WEEKS AT A TIME, BUT THAT DOESN'T MATTER. THEY HAVE LIED TO ME MULTIPLE TIMES ABOUT ISSUING A REFUND FOR THE "FEE" THEY DEBITED FROM MY ACCOUNT. I AM SO INFURIATED OVER THE LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE AND DEDICATION TO CUSTOMERS WHO HAVE DEVOTED SO MUCH OF THEIR HARD-EARNED MONEY TO THIS ORGANIZATION.

    Loved the rooms, bed was comfortable and bathroom was very spacious however the lighting in the rooms are unusual and not positioned well

    by no means am i a complainer but two very particular friend this workers Were very rude So was Kassidy The manager that day, they were less than helpful, i ask no demanded not a rude way but politely asked if There was a vacuum with the hose that I may use to vacuum seal my bag I was told that In that entire hotel, not even the kitchen vacuum had a hose I called the front desk and asked with no callback. I had to go downstairs and double check where I would meet with more rudeness. I waited for one of that house keeping ladies and they were more than helpful and allowed me to use the vacuum with the hose that the two front desk people, including the manager, Kassidy said they did not have

    First of all location location location! Easily accessible to many activities in Pigeon Forge. Staff were friendly and kind. They have a rooftop and could see the fireworks for New Year's without having to get in the hustle and bustle. Would definitely stay there again.
