  The staff was very nice and kind. We had an excellent stay, the room was clean. The location is great and you have a nice view of the mountains. We enjoyed the green area outside, lots to do for kids.

  Tempo and Embassy Suites by Hilton operate as one property with two hotels. To check in, guests must go to the Embassy Suites front desk. Unfortunately, the check-in experience at the Embassy Suites counter was not very welcoming. The Tempo rooms do not have microwaves, and I even found bugs in my room. The only microwave available is located in the Embassy Suites front desk area. When I called to ask about it, the staff told me that this was the only microwave available for Tempo guests. It was disappointing to pay so much and not have access to basic amenities that most standard hotels provide. I had to take my kids’ milk and food all the way from our room to the front desk area just to warm it up, this didn’t felt good. Pretty sure not booking again here.

  What a great experience! The concept of both hotels together is great. You get to enjoy the amenities of both. The hotel decor is simplistically beautiful. The outdoor space has amazing views. The staff is very helpful and friendly.

  Loved this hotel, the location and the amenities. A few areas they can improve in and I know they’re new. Ice machine - Wasn’t working. And the water was not cold. The fridge - barely cold enough to keep food safe to eat or drinks cold. Kept them just barely above room temp. No microwave. Worst part was a hole on the ceiling of the bathroom, right above the bathtub. Awkward place for a random hole. That hole and the light fixture above it leaked after a shower. They were super quick to fix it and we appreciated that. At checkin husband asked about the complimentary breakfast. They said no, but the info page they provided said otherwise. Overall, great hotel and would stay again for the amenities and location to dollywood.

  I don't have enough words to describe how awesome this property, aka, resort is. Built in the Embassy Suites property, it is a new hotel, with outstanding views of Smokeys and Pigeon Forge city, several outdoor seating areas (with fireplace), games, TOP GOLF simulator and charming staff (specially the rooftop cafeteria folks). The staff, including restaurant manager and chefs, not only served us well, they went out of their way to take care of us and everyone else. Breakfast, happy hours, dinner, were too good to miss. Our stay experience was phenomenal. Usually Happy hour drinks are restricted to a few specific wines or similar stuff. However, (given we're non-alcoholic) their staff made us special mocktails (sweet and spicy) that, paired with pita chips, fresh fruits, sunset views and fireplace made the evening enjoyable and relaxing. Kids are already wanting to go back to meet Maria and Andrene. Would definitely visit again.
