I recently stayed at this hotel in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee, and had such a wonderful experience! From the moment I arrived the staff was incredibly accommodating and truly made me feel at home. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming, which made the stay even more enjoyable!
The breakfast each morning was absolutely delicious. My favorite was the made-to-order fresh omelets such a great touch and the perfect way to start the day!
I also loved the rooftop lounge it was cozy and relaxing with a beautiful outdoor area that was perfect for winding down in the evenings. It really added something special to the overall experience.
I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Pigeon Forge Smokey Mountains!!

From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the impeccable cleanliness maintained throughout the property. Every area, including my room and the common spaces, was spotless and well cared for, reflecting the hotel’s high standards.
The staff members were truly outstanding—consistently helpful, courteous, and welcoming. Their professionalism and genuine friendliness made my stay particularly comfortable and enjoyable. They were always ready to assist with any request, ensuring that every detail was handled efficiently.
The room itself was thoughtfully appointed, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable, allowing for a restful and rejuvenating night’s sleep. Additionally, the view from the top floor was simply breathtaking, offering a remarkable perspective that greatly enhanced my overall experience.

Very nice, new and affordable. Pet friendly, but no fenced area, still, super nice place. Staff was AMAZING! They were all well-dressed with smiles and very accommodating. So glad we found this place. Also, the 7th floor rooftop patios overlooked the Island while warming around several firepits, very cozy and family-oriented.

My husband and I stayed here for our “babymoon” getaway this past long weekend. We were very impressed with this hotel. Key positives include:
1. The location was perfect for us. It’s close to everything (Stampede show for example) but is also nestled just slightly out of the main strip so it’s a bit more peaceful.
2. The amenities and ambiance were great. There are so many great places to sit and relax throughout the hotel, definitely feels more like a resort. The attention to detail in the decor and fixtures was so nice. We had fun honestly just walking around the rooftop lobby. I could see the outdoor pool being incredibly fun in the summer.
3. The bar is top notch. I don’t remember his name, but the GM of the bar is very skilled and nice to chat with. Being pregnant, I’ve found most mocktails are just lame flavored sodas. He made me two fabulous craft mocktails.
The only cons were:
1. The shower water was usually cold or lukewarm even on the hottest setting. It seemed to depend on the time of day. Not a deal breaker for me but I know this would maybe be a dealbreaker for others.
2. Be careful of the indoor pool. The first day I went it was fine. The second day we spent about 20 minutes in there and my husbands eyes began to water and I suddenly started hacking/coughing. Having been a swim coach/avid swimmer I knew this was swimmers cough/chlorine cough. This is usually caused by an imbalance in chlorine and/or poor ventilation. The next few days I had bronchitis from this. However, I also have asthma/crappy lungs to begin with, so others might be totally fine. I think next time we come we will skip the indoor pool to avoid this, but man the relief of being being in the water at 7 months pregnant was bliss haha.
3. There were a decent amount of lady bugs in the room. They don’t bother me, but I know others might feel differently.
We definitely will return with our friends in the future!
