- KMKee MartJan 3, 20265.0Conveniently located in pigeon forge, close to gatlinburg. Remodeled hotel, clean with kitchenette. Some noises through walls. Be aware that in order to cook inside your room, you need to rent the special cook pots they have on the desk. Induction kitchenette.

The complaints I have is I paid for early check in and when we got there the rude gentleman told me that our room wasn't ready that we had to come back at 3. So why do you even offer early check in? We got back 3 and the nice lady checked us in with not a problem but BEWARE if you bring a dog or dogs. It isn't mentioned on their website or on Hotels.com when you pay that there is a $25 charge per night for each dog so I had to pay an extra $100 for my pups. If I had known that I would have went to a hotel that didn't charge extra for furry family members. I ended up having to pay a total of $388 for 2 nights. I could have stayed at a much nicer hotel for that price. Just BEWARE if you have furry family members they charge and you will not know until you get there and see the sign!! Also where you take your dogs to use bathroom no one uses poop bags and there is poop everywhere for you to step in!!

Plates or utensils for the kitchenette. Other than that the room was clean and the staff that I encountered were friendly. We went out do breakfast so I can’t comment on the free breakfast at the hotel.
- CHCristie HarrisOct 28, 20255.0Great value! This is a relatively small property that may deceive you when you turn into the lot, as maybe not being what you expected; but don't fret! It's unfussy on the outside but the room, bathroom and amenities more than make up for parking lot impressions. Your room and bathroom will be cool, modernized and clean with maybe a few aesthetic blemishes that affect nothing about your stay. We had a desk which was a great feature because I had to work remotely for a short time one morning. Plenty of USB ports for charging devices. Reliable TV and Wifi. Staff all friendly and responsive. The breakfast is AWESOME and we really appreciated it and the staff's upkeep of it. You can grab coffee or tea in the lobby anytime of the day or night. Housekeeping will come every other day of your stay unless you request otherwise. We stayed an extra night and the new check-in for the same room was effortless. The proximity to the Parkway/main strip is an easy, close walk and Shoney's restaurant is right at the corner. Your parking spot is right outside your door for easy loading/unloading. Ice machine on property. Attraction brochures and maps plentiful by the front desk. We would definitely stay here again!
