  So why the 3 stars?? The rooms were very spacious. As some stated earlier the shower with no closing door made the shower cold no mater how hot the water (personal preference). We were in a 2 room suite with kitchenette. You can smell through the vents or somewhere everything someone is cooking. So it your sensitive to food smells don't stay in a floor with kitchenettes. It smelt like frying fish even at 2 and 3 AM. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Location is good. If you're gonna be busy and not stay in the room much anyways great value.

  Location is great! We had issues with our neighbors smoking weed in their hotel room... the hotel across from the hotel throw parties all through the night making it impossible to sleep if you're in that side. The patio is wonderful but the rooms are teenytiny. The 'suite' isn't a suite at all its just adding more walls and less space. The breakfast was nice and the staff up there is PHANOMENAL! There is storage for your luggage if you ask for it and eating in the top floor is kinda cool. Never been to a hotel with that! We just had issues with people not so much the hotel itself. Although it would've been nice if they helped us with the issue. The couple stayed in the room the whole time we were there and they smoked all. The. Time. And I don't care for the smoking but don't do it in a hotel room. Do it outside. But they didn't stop and I kept constantly feeling sick. We stayed for a few days and just decided to move hotels closer to his work. And the hotel across has no respect for anyone. They play music too loud and they have people in the outdoor pools drinking and that noise is very distracting.

  I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL. My wife, my three young children, and I were made to wait for two hours, sitting on a hotel lobby seat, because the rooms weren't ready. The service at the reception was HORRIBLE, and to top it all off, the woman said she would give us a refund for the wait, but that never happened. SHE LIED TO US. The hotel has a stated price, but in the end, THEY CHARGE YOU MORE. Don't deceive people. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT.

  It just misses from being 100% perfect. The only drawback was the shower, no water pressure, most likely due to the shower head, stall design was flawed, nothing to keep the heat in, so you tend to get cold as you shower. Facility is new, excellent rooms other than the normal low pressure shower these days. Clean, cozy with kitchen area, found it odd that I could not find silverware though. I would always consider this as an option when traveling, it is just short of perfect, great for a couple, they have larger rooms for families too.
