We were pleasantly surprised with this hotel. After days of travel and a couple of disappointments with hotels, this one made our day. The staff is amazing. The rooms are spacious and beautiful. We will be back. And we will be telling anyone coming here to book their stay here.

This is a nice hotel with an amazing atmosphere, breathtaking views, and great service. It was our family’s first time in the Smoky Mountains of Tennessee, and the experience was magical. They offer a nice breakfast, the rooms are very clean, and the staff is incredibly pleasant. It truly feels like a home away from home. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would absolutely stay here again.

We stayed there during Christmas our first room had a stain of dog poop I went downstairs and then changed our room the next day. If you need towels, sheets etc you have to go downstairs to get it because no one answers the phone they normally have one person working. The 2nd room the ice would not work the ac was not working properly I stopped complaining I would never stay there. My daughter wrote an email to the hotel with no response. Find somewhere else to stay.

The property itself was perfectly acceptable. The rooms are relatively new and clean when you arrive. Unfortunately, things really fall off after staying a night. The first night, we asked for our room to be cleaned. It was not. The second night, we asked three different times, by accident. I was told housekeeping would clean the room, I guess because we asked, “5 million times,” according to the woman at the front desk with the Caribbean accent. It was not. Fresh linen was brought to the room and one bed was fluffed, a little. I didn’t realize how little was done until the morning when I realized there was no toilet paper. I would leave it at that, but on our first night, I was mildly accused of trying to steal snacks when I gat a couple soft drinks. I was asked, didn’t I see you grab a snack. The young man did not. I paid for my drinks, picked up my banana chips, which the hotel does not sell and returned to my room. Service is what makes a hotel. It was not good.

We stayed at Staybridge in Pigeon Forge for 3 nights and enjoyed our stay. The rooms were spacious and very clean, the bed comfy and plenty of bedding, and pillows. The only con in the room was the bathroom. The shower had no door to close it so water got all over the floor and it made for a chilly shower with no ability to close you in. The counter top space in the bathroom was also pretty small being we were in a 2 room suite. The breakfast was hot and delicious! The choices rotated daily so you didn’t get tired of eating the same thing. This hotel being dog friendly was very helpful. We will definitely here again.
