    After the most horrible experience ever with vrbo we needed to find a room for the night until our new vrbo unit was ready. We are traveling with 1 pet and 1 task trained service animal. Stopped at Redroof first since they are all pet friendly. They insisted on charging us for my daughter's service dog because only 1 pet is free. I tried to explain to them that a SD is not a pet, but medical equipment to no avail. I started calling around. Thankfully we found the home2suites. Staff were very attentive, helpful, and polite. Way to go Hilton for having staff that is trained to understand the laws regarding service animals and who are polite and helpful.

    Was very quiet when we went. Very low occupancy, so there was very little breakfast amenities. Bed wasnt comfortable, and needed new pillows. Other than that all was great.

    Loved this hotel!! Our room had an amazing view with a big beautiful window. The room was clean and the hotel seemed well maintained overall. Breakfast was pretty good thought some items a little overcooked and dry but the staff were nice. Front desk staff weren’t overly friendly but weren’t rude either. Just not super welcoming for a hotel in such a big tourist area. The pillows were also a bit disappointing. Usually I love hotel pillows but these were so flat I had to use three to equal one and still was pretty uncomfortable. I still really loved this hotel and would love to stay here again! Location is so perfect if you’re looking to explore all pigeon forge has to offer

    Checking in was easy, because we checked in using the app however, when I requested keys (cards) my ID was not asked for. The rooms are typical home 2 suite rooms. Huge refrigerator, dishes, the usual. I did not request the cook top this stay so I am not sure if you'd hotel has it. Most of the staff was very friendly on passing. The heated pool was not working during our stay we used the sister pool across the parking lot.
