- CCCeeDec 29, 20253.0Checking in was easy, because we checked in using the app however, when I requested keys (cards) my ID was not asked for. The rooms are typical home 2 suite rooms. Huge refrigerator, dishes, the usual. I did not request the cook top this stay so I am not sure if you'd hotel has it. Most of the staff was very friendly on passing. The heated pool was not working during our stay we used the sister pool across the parking lot.

- AMA MDec 12, 20255.0Okay I stayed here for 2 nights this past week even after reading the reviews of some other guests. I am also an hilton honors member. It was a perfect spot to stay for the visit in the Great Smokey Mountains. The room was definitely clean as I smelled bleach when I walked in. I do have a sensitivity to smells and it was a bit harsh for me. I was able to diffuse with essential oils to get the smell out. I would rather take that smell knowing it is clean then a not clean smell. It was a quiet area to sleep. Room temp was fine. Breakfast was more than enough to choose from. I will definitely come back here to stay again, while visiting the Pigeon Forge area.
- BPBrent PhillipsDec 2, 20252.0As a hilton diamond member, I was disappointed in this facility despite the high ratings. the shower was good, but the room seems to need a deep cleaning and smelled of hospital like cleaner. the staff at check in was fairly efficient but definitely not the normal friendly staff I'm used to at hilton properties. breakfast was well below my expectations with no fruit and pretty sad other options. But the water was hot for tea, at least. i'm not sure why.It's still rated one of the highest properties in the area, perhaps that stems from when it was still new. it seems to me like management is not giving the property and staff training. proper attention.
