Do not stay here, the worst place we have stayed. People were so rude, we would ask for extra towels and they would give us one and say they are out of towels, how does a hotel run out of towels. The house keeper wasn't cleaning the room until I made a complaint. The carpet looked like mud was all over it, behind the toilet paper there was poop on the wall, the shower also had places on it like they didn't ever clean it. We will never slay there again.

Booked room primarily for the hot tub, which was closed - we could have booked anywhere else. Features need to be advertised as such if they are closed for maintenance. From now on calling ahead instead of being disappointed by IHG properties. Same experience at another location completely closed for remodeling

This hotel serves paid breakfast. The printer does not work. I had to request the front desk to print out my parking tickets.
