I am booking 1 bedroom suite for 6 nights at this hotel via front desk.
Then they send the email that doesnot say the room that i booked is river view, so i called the front desk on 02/28/26 to ask about it,
The night shift manager that answer my phone is super rude, and hung up my phone
It is really dissapointed experience.

This hotel is really nice and clean we had a good view. Next to us which is walking distance was a band on the other side is the go-karts some of the rooms have balconies and fireplaces.. The food was ok but if you don't have points you might have to pay I wouldn't pay for it. Just go out to get breakfast or have something delivered. The staff was really nice and friendly. They do have a restaurant in the hotel as well. Would definitely come here again and will tell others.

Do not stay here, the worst place we have stayed. People were so rude, we would ask for extra towels and they would give us one and say they are out of towels, how does a hotel run out of towels. The house keeper wasn't cleaning the room until I made a complaint. The carpet looked like mud was all over it, behind the toilet paper there was poop on the wall, the shower also had places on it like they didn't ever clean it. We will never slay there again.
