This Holiday Inn is on a main street that is close to a lot of attractions. It's pretty new and well kept.

Beautiful, but the room lighting is awful. Literally got ready for event in the dark! 2 bedside "lamps" were dim. I couldn't even read at the desk using the lamp! PLEASE consider adding more light! We have two stays scheduled in 2026!

Beautiful hotel with a great view. I was on the top floor, it is noisy due to the amusement rides nearby and traffic, but it is expected if you're visiting Gatlinburg. Parking was good, rooms are very nice, and service was grear. Very friendly front desk agent. The only thing I did not like was trying to get pull in the parking lot from the road and pulling out of the parking lot onto the road. Its a very, very busy road, especially on a Sunday night.

I don’t usually write reviews, but people need to know what they’re walking into here. My wife and I stayed at the Holiday Inn & Suites Pigeon Forge Convention Center as part of a 5 day / 4 night promotional stay that was supposed to be covered as long as we attended their resort tour. We were told we would just pay taxes and attend the presentation—simple, right? Not even close. This trip was supposed to be our honeymoon, and it turned into a stressful mess. On the day of the tour, my wife accidentally left her ID at our previous hotel. The tour staff told us there was nothing they could do and made us call their marketing number to get rescheduled. That turned into a long back and forth nightmare. We were bounced around from person to person, getting different answers, and nobody wanted to help. Instead of working with us like a professional business, they made everything difficult and acted like they didn’t care at all. Housekeeping only showed up two of the four nights we stayed there, and while they did drop off towels and take out trash, they barely cleaned anything else. On top of that, they weren’t warm or friendly—every interaction felt rushed and like we were bothering them by asking for anything. For a place that operates under the Holiday Inn brand, the service did not feel welcoming at all. The hotel kitchen was closed, so we couldn’t order any food on-site and had to order out the entire stay, which was frustrating and inconvenient. Between the hassle with the tour, the lack of customer service, and the poor hotel experience overall, this entire stay felt like a waste of time and energy. What was supposed to be a simple, enjoyable honeymoon turned into stress and disappointment. I would not recommend staying here, and I definitely would not waste my time with their promotional “tour” deal again.
