  Paid a bit over $200 a night to stay in their best room with the whirlpool tub for a little "weekend getaway", and that was a nice amenity we were really looking forward to to relax and sadly that turned into a pretty gross disappointment. Other than the water getting to just a barely warm temperature, when you turn on the jets all sorts of black and brown particles come out, I assume mold and buildup from not being cleaned properly or having a filter ever changed. I tried to run and drain it multiple times and wipe the exterior of the jets out the best I could but still it ended up constantly pushing out so much debris. The TV in the living room area did not work and the couch was literally falling apart. If you barely touched one of the arms the whole side panel fell off and the seating itself sunk it dramatically. The shower also greatly lacked pressure and didn't get that warm and the toilet had issues properly flushing. The bedroom area looked fairly clean and the bed comfort was ok but for the price and expectations the room ultimately fell very flat. Their breakfast selection is small but ok. The hotel isn't in a bad area and it is close to attractions and restaurants but most things you will still have to drive.

  We are gold members. We always stay in a Holiday inn express. The faucet in the shower was not working right. You either had scalding hot water or low water pressure. The toilet made a very high pitch sound with every flush and normally these hotels are quite. We had people up and down the halls for three hours one night. People talking loudly, kids yelling and bouncing balls. Definitely not one of the best we have stayed in. And yes, I did inform the front desk about the shower. The toilet started on our last night there. I told the front desk when I checked out.

  Our family had an excellent experience at this hotel. Dominic exceeded expectations to ensure our comfort throughout our Christmas stay. He went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. We sincerely thank Dominic for his support. (Thank you for the towels, makeup remover, and popcorn).

  Relatively inexpensive option to get a room that sleeps 6 people. Rooms were very clean, building and eating area was clean, continental breakfast was good, even for kids, staff was friendly. Wasn't able to use any other amenities, so can speak to those. Would definitely recommend, especially if you're just stopping for the night.
