Great place. We had a touch on/off kitchen faucet. The batteries needed replacing. Queen from maintenance not only fixed the faucet but did our dishes in the sink. That's what over the top customer service looks like. Thx Great rooms and view.

Stayed for 5 days in October 2025. Room decor and design was exquisite, BUT... . We heard every footstep, luggage wheel, and item dropped in the room above us, making it impossible to achieve restful sleep. . The kitchen faucet didn't work, and it took 3 days to fix it. . The washer/dryer combo took nearly 4 hours to finish a small load of laundry. . Our sliding glass door had no screen, which let in many bugs when we wanted fresh air. . Our studio room balcony was directly over a dumpster. Not a pleasant view, and it would have been stinky in warmer weather. I wanted to love this place, but sadly no. I've stayed in multiple Hilton hotels in the area that were more affordable and more restful.

We bought a three night package deal for Mill Ridge Lodge through Bluegreen vacations, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Hilton brand. Dealing with Bluegreen reps over the phone was the usual hassle, but the actual Hilton folks on-site were very accommodating. This was a nice time of the year to visit as it wasn't overly crowded at the hotel or in town and we were treated to the fall colors. The hotel itself is off the main drag going through Pigeon Forge and even then its set back off of the highway which adds to the peace and quiet. The town of Pigeon Forge is the definition of tourist trap, but there are decents deals and loads of entertainment options to choose from. We were two adult couples with two children 6 and 8. We had a two bedroom unit on the ground floor which worked out well for us. The room looked very nice at the onset, but on closer inspection it was apparent that the room received a very poor cleaning. The ceiling fans were the worst with a heavy cake of dust on the blades. We didn't use the room's outdoor patio since the AC units were right there. The rooms have accommodations for modern devices and we were able to cast to the various TVs throught the unit. Otherwise, the room was reasonably comfortable and everything worked. Enjoy!

The room was perfect!! We had a presidential suite so there was plenty of room for all 7 of us. Open floor plan living room and kitchen. The balcony was huge with its own grill and fridge. The shower in the primary room was fabulous, wish i had a picture. The only downside was the disrespectful people upstairs stomping around and letting their kid run laps around the room from 6am til 11pm and sliding chairs around... they were so noisy.
