Off the main strip of Pigeon Forge but close enough to be conventional to everything. Quiet at night with late indoor pool hour makes it nice after a long day in the national park.

Beware of Bluegreen, now Hilton. I’ve been a member for over 15 years and the whole process is a scam. Even when you become an owner they never take care of you. You can complain or even have issues like a leaky toilet, no quarter, no moving to another room. Just sorry and deal with it, until we can get a maintenance person there. This organization is a complete joke and it is single handedly the most foolish thing I have done in my life. You have been warned! Do Not Buy a timeshare.

Its ok. Being that this is a timeshare company with a captive block of "customers"they have little incentive to innovate or otherwise maintain similar standards of other lodging options.
Case in point: internet speeds less than 1mb of bandwidth. So painfully slow you can barely do anything
Front desk is nice enough, as most of the other service folks who work there are decent folks
