You can complain or even have issues like a leaky toilet, no quarter, no moving to another room. Just sorry and deal with it, until we can get a maintenance person there. This organization is a complete joke and it is single handedly the most foolish thing I have done in my life. You have been warned! Do Not Buy a timeshare.

Being that this is a timeshare company with a captive block of "customers"they have little incentive to innovate or otherwise maintain similar standards of other lodging options. Case in point: internet speeds less than 1mb of bandwidth. So painfully slow you can barely do anything Front desk is nice enough, as most of the other service folks who work there are decent folks
