Getting old and run down. Pilot light keeps going out on fireplace. Bathroom door doesn't close (building settling). Resort says they have elevators but we were assigned a room with no access to elevator and had to carry luggage down flight of stairs. No indication under Important Notes that some rooms don't have access to elevator. Spoke to assistant general manager (waste of time and very disrespectful). Benn coming here for 20+ years but this may be the last. Would not recommend to family or friends.

The places is really outdated. Needs a remodel. My room had an ozone machine in it. Make me wonder what smells they were dealing with and trying to eliminate.

The entire room was very nasty. I asked for someone to completely clean it but all they was the bathroom floor. I have bad allergies and my nose just ran all weekend. The website needs an overhaul.

Invited by my family, to their time share. And for a first time for all of us, going to Dollywood. The rooms were really nice and clean. I love how you're not going directly into the room(s). It has a small entryway, before you enter any of the two room(s). Very clever.. Really nice pool, clean resort, great customer service in the lobby.

Place was nice and had everything we needed but the 8 or 9 giant cockroaches were not! We thought it was a water bug at first then googled nope cockroaches. And it showed there was a grill but it was a community grill first come first served. 1 grill for 8 plus buildings and 4-6 townhouses.
