I really enjoyed my stay here, the location is perfect, the staff was attentive, and the amenities were top-notch. The only issue I encountered was soundproofing; the walls are quite thin, so noise from adjacent rooms was noticeable. With better insulation, this hotel would be nearly perfect

Horrible stay over the holidays. Tried checking in after a 5 hour drive, I was told the system was down and I wouldn't be able to get into the room until it came back up... well after about 3 hours of sitting around the lady at the front desk was able to get the arrival list and start checking guest in. The hotel was manually checking people in but couldn't provide a key, therefore you had to leave an object in the door to go in and out, leaving your belongings in the room unattended with the door wide open.
Needless to say. When I check out, im never checking back in at this location. Possibly done with Hilton as a brand all together.
Ms. Dee... the young lady at the counter done ALL she could do. She was clearly frustrated, but she ran around that place like a crazy women. Trying her best to accommodate as best as she could, while trying to reboot Hilton's system. Thank you, Ms. Dee❤️.
Horrible experience, Hilton.

I often wondered why no matter when i call the front desk i get no answer. Today i found out. The desk clerk was sitting cozied up to the fire place while the phone rang off the hook. Instead of being at the desk she was loudly telling the guests just l e ave your key over there. There is only one white woman who works there who smiles and is freindly and helpful. The others are rude and unkind not helpful they treat you like they wish you werent there. We've stayed many times in pigeon forge at the Hilton. Not sure we will anymore.

We are Hiton Rewards members and have previously stayed at Hilton Gardens Inns. This Garden Inn has been a terrible experince in terms of the other guests. We are here for a family trip to Dollywood; we quickly learned that the walls are paper thin and were able to hear theroom next door #312 was occipied by obnoxious individuals who were excessivley loud. Early in the evening they were having what sounded like a party, outside the room and extending down the hallway was the smell of weed. I called the front desk, and a manager knocked on the door and spoke to them' 15 minutes later it was back to the same party atmosphere; at about 1030 I contcted management again; apparently the manager did nothing; when I contacted the manager the THIRD time, he said that he waited outside the room door and heard nothing, so he did nothing. The loud obnoxious people who gat loud, then presumably leave and come back, so maybe he didn't hear anything. At early hours we could hear them loudly having sex. We have a small child. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, espcially those with children. Terrible experience. I am asking for a chnage of rooms and a refund for the lousy night. Will never stay here again.
