  Hotel was clean and quiet. The person at the front desk was not very cordial and made it seem like I was imposing.

  Stayed here for the first time valentines weekend 2026. First off the front desk staff weren’t welcoming. Since nobody wore name tags I will describe them physically. Two girls at the front desk, both white, one kinda heavy set with long brown hair had customers, the other girl, black hair did not acknowledge me when I walked up. I waited to be called forward as she looked to the side waiting on the other girl to do something to her computer apparently then she finally asked am I checking in. Never thanked me for being an honors member, (Hilton staff have always done that)just explained the packet to my room and told me which way to go. Room was pretty clean with the exception of the two long blonde hairs I found in the bed. Sink water did not get that hot which was odd because the shower did. Saturday night the white girl black hair with the long nose and glasses acted bothered by our presence when we asked her where to purchase a beverage from the snack area. Just unwelcoming all together. They need to do better. Overall we had a decent stay but because of these three girls we know not to stay at this particular Hilton again. We have NEVER felt that way of all the hiltons we have stayed in. If it weren’t for Hampton next door being sold out of rooms we would have been over there where we usually stay anyway. Much friendlier and welcoming atmosphere. We don’t like to spend our money where we don’t feel welcome so we definitely won’t be staying here again. Minor room issues but disappointed in staff here for sure. They need to do better.

  Very clean rms. There is a fire pit outside to enjoy the nice evenings. Your just a street away from the main road.

  Had a great time on Valentine’s Day weekend. Place was really nice clean and the maintenance man Thomas was such a great person very sweet and went out of his way to help us in any way he could! Thomas also went out of his way to help an elderly couple when they lost their keys in the elevator door he spent a lot of time getting them out for that adorable couple but did not stop until he was able to make them happy Will definitely stay again thanks

  We were very grateful to be able to stay at this wonderful hotel this weekend when a major winter storm was expected in this area. Thankfully the storm turned out to bring only rain, but we were so happy to be safe here, as our power usually goes out at our home when it snows/ices. Our room was very clean, and the bed was SO comfortable. The loveseat in the room was a nice addition, and our 2 small pups enjoyed laying on it beside us while we watched TV. The food here is awesome as well! They serve breakfast and dinner, and also have a nice bar area. I can’t speak highly enough of the wonderful staff here, from management, to front desk to housekeeping!! I’d like to give a special shoutout to Tish at the front desk. Upon arriving home, I realized that I had left my diamond earrings on the bedside table. I called Tish, and she took it upon herself to go check our room and she found them!! My husband and I highly recommend this great hotel, and we will definitely stay here again!!
