  Spent more than $12,000 on a rental and it was not as advertised. No one should ever rent from this place. In fact their remedy after deceiving us into coming for the Fourth of July holiday was to offer $1600. That was “the best they could do.” One of the two hot tubs was broken and the pool did not work properly. The pool house had a TV in the display and that TV was removed when we got there. These guys only care about money and are not interested in repeat customers. Jimbo is the most fraudulent one of them all.

  Would never stay here again! Air bnb prices with motel grade towels and lines. They also do not provide a hair dryer. I called to tell them and they said that hair dryers and irons get taken the most. Well, that’s why they have a customers credit card! To bill them for taking items they shouldn’t. Just not the type of service you would expect for the price of the cabin per night.

  Booked a cabin online in February to stay in Pigeon Forge, TN from May 8-12 for a family vacation from Grand Rapids, MI. After the pandemic hit and everything was shut down and we were given stay at home orders, it was beyond our control to have to cancel. I was informed that they would refund our money minus a $30 administration fee, a $60 cancellation fee and $11.48 in taxes or they would keep all of the money we put down and use it towards a future visit. I told them that since this was a family trip and 2 of the members are health care workers, it is impossible to know if we would even be able to all take a vacation at the same time again. They offered a 3 month extension and that changed to 6 months because I informed them about my wife and son being health care workers. Then I told them I couldn't for sure plan another vacation, so they offered a 1 year extension. Everything stayed shut down and we are still on a stay at home order, so I told them I couldn't plan another vacation not knowing what was going to happen and to refund me the money. So basically, they got paid $101.48 for doing absolutely nothing except checking a computer for a reservation and online chatting a few times to explain what was in the original contract and to basically attempt to persuade us to not have to make them refund anything by offering extensions that we really couldn't guarantee to use in the future. I received a full refund for everything else we booked during that vacation (which even included tickets to a cancelled concert), but this place wouldn't budge one bit. I will not ever make a reservation with them again and if I could give them 0 stars, I would. Very disappointed in their treatment of essential healthcare workers during a world-wide pandemic that closed everything, forced us to stay home and cancelled events into next year. We really wanted to take this vacation and it is not that we just changed our minds. Our minds were changed for us. We shouldn't have had to suffer financially one bit for that.
