The beds are horrible, the hotel needs updating. The room I was in had the carpet removed or replaced however, they took a razor and cut the carpet from underneath the beds instead of icing the beds, you could see the left and rough edges of the carpet. The room air felt wet to me. Had my sinuses all over the place. I informed the lady at the front desk I was checking out and wanted to cancel the remaining days of stay. Her response was you can check out but you will not be getting a refund. No I'm sorry or can I move you to another room or anything.

Worst Hilton hotel I have ever stayed at, I have been a diamond hilton member since 2018 staying at many locations and this was by far worst experience of any stay. First booked hotel 3 weeks before arriving 2 bed queen traveling with family of 4. Day of arrival received call saying that 2 bed room was not available. Only option was 1 bed king room, once arriving I did receive a small discount price on room after my displeasure was know to front desk. Front desk did not give any water or snack for diamond membership or acknowledged i was i diamond member. Front lobby area looks nice but after that it was all down hill. Old dirty carpet in the hallways and rooms, old outdated showers. Drywall around elevators all cracked and damaged. Trash laying in stairwell area. Could go on and on but overall would never recommend anyone stay at this hotel. Was supposed to be a gift for my family at Christmas time turned into a major disappointment.

Building is old and very badly maintained. Rooms are old, carpets old and the fireplace in the lobby was never turned on (perhaps jut decoration...?!) In the pictures is always on LOOOL! Staff very rude and dismissive. The so called coffee/tea station had very old bitter coffee and stone cold water for tea. When I asked the receptionist for fresh coffee or at least hot water to make tea, she asked me why don't I go to my room and make tea in the microwave?!
What a "great service" , JOKE!
The only friendly staff were the breakfast people, in fact the only positive thing about this place was the breakfast
I had to give it a star because it won't allow ZERO stars!
Do not waste your money!

Unfortunately, it was the worst Hampton Inn I've ever stayed at. Worst Hilton Brand hotel I've ever stayed at. I used to travel a ton for work and only use Hilton, so I was a Diamond member. The beds here are very hard, like you'd find at a Motel 6 or something, and the pillows were cheap garbage. I had the worst night of sleep ever at a hotel here. Seeing how every place is sold out, leaving wasn't an option. While breakfast tasted good, seating option were awful. There is 1 large table where you literally rub elbows with a stranger, a few normal 2-person tables, and the rest of the seating is a small low table between couches. Neither Hilton or this hotel made any effort to fix the problem. Can't believe the blew me off. Suppose to refund your money if you're not satisfied. I would avoid this Hampton Inn. You can pay over half and be just as uncomfortable elsewhere.
