Our Hampton Inn & Suites hotel features one bedroom suites with kitchenettes, king bedded whirlpool suites, rooms with two queen beds as well. We are pleased to provide pet friendly rooms when available. Seriously, she went up and beyond to put out fires. We had a group. She was able to take care of all inquiries and needs with wonderful care. Sydney is truly awesome!!!!

- JPJennifer PerezOct 7, 20255.0We were kicked out of Red Roof inn for filing a complaint with customer service for being charge $250 for a service dog for 5 nights and an additional $15 for a dog every night at 10 pm on a Tuesday night. We called Hampton inn an they immediately got us into a King Suite room with our 2 dogs and service dog. We only had to pay $75 for the 2 dogs for the entire 5 night stay. The cost of the entire stay was just as much as the red roof inn. So we ended up in a 100% better place. The room was clean and huge. Free breakfast, peaceful location and friendly staff. No issues. We go to Pigeon Forge every year and this is going to be our go to place moving forward.
