Perfect location! Right off the main drag, but still centralized to many places.
Room was clean. House keeping IS every other day. Which, I knew when booking and was not a problem for us.
Service was good. Very friendly staff.
Would stay here again.

The room was really nice and clean, but house keeping isnt daily and its every other day? Even so they wouldnt be around until 3pm or later. I would always have to go to the front desk and ask for extra towels, we were never left enough. As for knocking? Forget that they never knocked just opened the door with out even announcing themselves. Breakfast was really good, but the staff always has a nasty look on their faces until you confront them for a good morning. The hot tub was treacherous too, no steps to get in out, so my grandma couldn't enjoy it. The location is great as you're really close to anything so thats nice. Otherwise I was kind of disappointed for the price I paid and the service I received.

We made reservations for 2 nights. We checked in on Wednesday as planned only to have been placed in a room equipped for someone with disabilities. We inquired about the mix up as we didn’t want this room should someone with disabilities need it. They finally agreed to put us in a different room the next day. We get ready to lie down for the night only to find poop on the sheets. We stripped the bed and reluctantly played down on the mattress pad. The next morning we noticed front desk and was told they had us another room however it wasn’t ready. We had to stay gone till 3:00 before being able to get in our room. So we lost a whole day to just relax which is what we’d planned.
Finally get in the room which was clean ( yes I checked the sheets before going to bed). My husband went down to get us a couple of cokes and he must have interrupted the desk clerk because she told him she needed to find another job because the job was getting to her. My husband and I both felt uncomfortable and definitely not welcomed.
Upon checking out on Friday we were asked if we were checking out early. No we had only planned to stay Wed and Thursday and coming home on Friday. The desk clerk said our stay had been extended for another day and we told her no that wasn’t correct but we’d been charged. She said it would be reversed in 5 to 7 days. We called the hotel to speak with a manager but had to speak with front desk manager. This was by far the most unpleasant, unwelcoming and stressful stay we’ve ever had anywhere. I have pictures and will attempt to post.
