This is one of the nicest if not the nicest hotel I've ever stayed at. The room was spacious and clean, well stocked with plenty of good quality products. The buffet is fresh and well maintained and the staff is friendly and they make you feel like you're welcome. They have 2 beautiful pools and gorgeous lobbies with televisions and fireplaces and cozy chairs. Its just all you can hope for. The beds were very comfortable too, usually I don't sleep well in hotel beds I have a very bad back and spinal issues but I slept well. Do I recommend this Hotel???YES!!!! All thumbs up for these people for going the extra mile..and caring about their customers.

Check-in was a disaster, we arrived earlier than anticipated and asked for early check-in. It was only a few hours but not ready. We did pre check and digital key. We should have been informed of room readiness but had to go back and ask again.....surprise they had been ready for awhile with no contact. The room was nothing like advertised and at price point we looked a a brick wall for view. It was like wild kingdom pets all over the place and a barking frenzy at 3 in the morning. Staff responded with sorry and suck it up. Breakfast was a joke in the lobby. In all not a very good experience !!!

Upon arrival, we noticed the entrance to the parking lot was blocked by cones. After maneuvering a VERY busy road, my husband found the other entrance to the parking lot. When I asked the clerk why the entrance was blocked, she explained there was a bus booked at the hotel, and that was done for their convenience as they can get hung up on the road due to the bus going up a steep drive. I questioned her if their issue was more important than my safety navigating a busy road - the other clerk I was not talking to interrupted to show me a picture on her phone of a bus stuck on the drive. Well honesty, that is a you problem, not a me problem. The rest of your guests should not be inconvenienced or their safety on the road be compromised just for a bus you have booked there. Research a solution convenient for all your guests!
