This hotel should be absolutely ashamed of itself. A deeply loved item belonging to my child was left in our room—an item we KNOW was there, because my child played with it in the room that evening. We left early the next morning and went straight home. There is no scenario where this item magically left with us. We contacted the hotel the SAME DAY we checked out, and the response we got was nothing short of infuriating. They claimed they would leave a note for housekeeping and we would be contacted. WE had to call for an update and was told the item “wasn’t there.” They insisted that no new guests had stayed in the room, and that “only housekeeping” had entered. So what exactly are they implying happened to it? Because it certainly didn’t vanish on its own. The level of dishonesty is unreal. Instead of helping, the staff acted like we were bothering them, and took absolutely no responsibility for an item that was clearly left in THEIR care. It felt as though no one wanted to address the issue immediately and it was handed off to another person (by note). Either housekeeping failed to report it, or someone decided it wasn’t worth turning in—both scenarios are unacceptable and reflect terribly on this hotel’s integrity. This was not some insignificant trinket. It was a cherished item that meant everything to my child, and thanks to this hotel’s negligence—or worse—it is now gone forever. Their complete lack of compassion, effort, or basic human decency is disgusting. I will never give this hotel another dime, and I strongly recommend others stay FAR away. If this is how they handle something as simple and important as a lost item, imagine what else gets ignored, mishandled, or conveniently “lost” behind the scenes. This place cannot be trusted.

Stayed for for 3 nights. Beds are not the greatest and I recommend bringing your own pillow unless you like stiff necks. When we arrived the gentleman at the counter handed us our room key said the elevators are down the hall with no other info for amenities. Our second night we went to eat and have a couple drinks but there were no employees so we hung around (with another couple from the hotel) for about 10 minutes then opened the door to the kitchen and they finally came out. The place was very clean common areas and rooms, food was good and had live entertainment which was nice. Its in walking distance to alot of the attractions and restaurants in Pigeon Forge.

This is a hotel with a lodge feel to it. It has a huge lounge area with large fireplace that was so warm and cozy. I especially impressed with the cleanliness of the rooms. I always bring bleach wipes to clean wipe down the room but it was very clean. I would definitely come back here. Would recommend
