Purchased through Priceline and paid for it in full and was told since I didn’t show up the day I was due to arrive (things got caught up at work) they cancelled the reservation. Even though I paid in full for them to hold my hotel. Instead of calling, they said they had no information…. Which is hard to believe because I have stayed other places prior that never had issues contacting me.

The room was clean, the staff does a great job cleaning. But, we were put in a room with noisy kids every night. The food is okay, the waffles are the best thing. The check in staff was a little rude but the lady who took the keys when I checked out was nice.

Without you I would probably had to sleep in my car but yet you didn't gave up and make a phone call to somehow get me a room in a sister chain hotel and you did. I'm greatly thankful to you. This hotel isn't a perhaps a 10/10 BUT, you WON'T find trash around. If you sign for not to receive room maid service, they won't bother you at all. Breakfast start at 7am everyday on the clock and the staff will make sure you have plenty inventory to enjoy, it's.. maybe a little tight place to have breakfast but with everybody's respect, manners and education we all could managed to enjoy our breakfast and be on our way. You have to book this Hotel and when you do make sure you call them just to confirm that your confirmation is set and ready if you book through Booking or any other third party, HOWEVER!!, I will highly recommend you to book it directly from them. Give them a call, it would only take you a few minutes talking. Thank you Mark!!. Thank you Best Western Toni Inn. My wife and I can't wait to go back on vacation!!!
