But the winner for us was the 'hotel cat' that they take care of. We saw her near the pool, tipped, and well fed and were told her story. Later when I told my son, we saw the 'hotel raccoon' drinking from the pool, lol. Service was great. We stayed two nights and everyone we dealt with was 10/10. We had things to do in Gatlinburg so it was a minor hike, but very close to everything in Pigeon Forge.
