- LMLily MoralesNov 17, 20251.0The rooms are not soundproof; expect noise all night. The windows in the suite didn't have curtains, so expect light all night. The beds were horrible and the pillows were hard! We would never stay there again, nor do we recommend it. Look at this picture at 3:00am

The room was clean, with LVP instead of carpet, which I considera plus because unlike carpet it doesn't hold in germs and allergens as easily. The bathroom was clean, but was clearly an older bathroom with a paint job. Overall, it was fine, not spectacular, but a clear example of getting what you pay for. The real problem is that the walls are made of paper. If you're someone who needs relative quiet in order to sleep and relax--stay somewhere else! I heard every sneeze, door opening/closing, private conversation, television, alarm, car door and engine, shower running, child. You name it, if its a noise, you'll hear it!

Gabriela cleaned both our rooms before we checked in and they were both in perfect condition and made for a fully comfortable stay. We didn't want to spend too much for a day trip to Pigeon Forge and this inn worked out perfectly for us. Easy to check in/out, friendly staff, quick easy free breakfast. Thanks again for the great service!
- BBBigG5201Oct 28, 20255.0The only "complaint" I have is that the in-room coffee packages, the soap, and the toilet paper were not refreshed daily. But, that's it. Everything else was excellent, from the check in process to the check out. The room was spacious, well-laid out, and plenty of room on the lavatory counter. The bed was comfortable; the room was easily accessible from the parking lot, even in the rain; the room was quiet, even being next door to the indoor pool and hot-tub; the parking lot is very accessible from the rear street (kinda crazy from the Parkway, but what isn't in the peak October season?); and even the landscaping (including mature trees in the back parking lot) made it feel more like a nice resort and "homey." And, everything was as clean as a pin. I really don't believe we would have changed a thing (except the toilet was a round "girl" potty, not an oblong "boy" potty). We have decided it will be our hotel of choice on all future trips to Pigeon Forge.
