Breakfast was very delish, and everything Fresh, I just didn’t like that it smelled like Fabuloso 🤣 they were cleaning while we were eating Our Breakfast and the odor messed up my appetite, please clean at least one hour before you open up breakfast area. Customer service was All right, Please, Tell your Personnel to add a little more smiles in their Faces… Doesn’t cost a Penny To Smile! 🙏😁

Pool was clean and well maintained! Cheaper then some hotels we have stayed at in pigeon Forge but definitely better quality then the more expensive hotels!!

We stayed at the Best Western Plaza Inn and they were fantastic! Very accommodating to what we needed! If we come back, we will be staying here again!
