  We came from Chicago for New Year’s Eve. The rooms were pretty clean, no complaints except the rooms smell like stale air from not being aired out or having any windows to open. The free breakfast wasn’t good we ended up going to McDonald’s everyday but what do you expect for a free breakfast. Only other complaint is the pool was extremely cloudy/ did not look clean. Little boys kept peeing behind chairs them going back into the water- not the hotels fault but I think the pool needs to be bigger kept. Overall for the price it was decent.

  After traveling all day, we found this hotel. They charge an additional fee to use the pool. I kind of prefer that because the pool wasn't very busy at all but the motel itself was. Pool area was nice. Hotel room was meh... not very many towels, 2 and I had a family of 6. No extra blankets nor pillows. Luckily we had some with us. Bathroom door dry rotting from getting wet from shower use. Breakfast was just ok. Typical motel breakfast. Breakfast staff very friendly, helpful, and always working hard.

  The staff was friendly and made the check-in process go smoothly. My few complaints were that the beds were rough and not comfortable, and the password to the Wi-Fi did not work. There were some loud noises coming from the next room and, obviously, people walking to their rooms. We also had issues with the smoke alarm going off, but thr staff was great fixing the issue. The pricing for a weekend stay is at a reasonable price is not expensive like the other places.

  Worst hotel stay I’ve ever had. The room door had a ¼-inch crack, allowing me to see people walking by outside. Completely unsafe, lets bugs in, and gives zero sense of security. The heater/AC was unbearably loud, costing us hours of sleep. The bathroom was disgusting — stained ceiling tiles, large cracks above the shower, and a shower handle and spigot so loose they were about to fall off. This room was clearly not inspected or properly cleaned. Staff showed no concern or professionalism. No one asked how our stay was at checkout, and the overall attitude was indifferent at best. I have photos and videos of everything. I reached out to this hotel three times to resolve the issues privately and was ignored. Best Western should be ashamed to have their name on this property. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else. Unfortunately I can’t add videos on here!

  Great location in reference to Dollywood and what I now believe is a BIG BIG Factor, was it's far enough in the opposite direction of where all the traffic builds up for the major tourist trap which is further down the road. The property is very well kept and love how spread out the buildings are. We ended up getting our room where there is an indoor swimming pool area. At first walking into the building it felt like a sauna. It was a good thing.. especially since it's in the winter time so coming in from the cold air outside, it felt warm. If you wear glasses, be prepared for fogged up glasses. But it was fine afterwards. The inside was humid so it had lots of moisture on the walkway and stairs. The room was very big and spacious. I got the king bed w/ fireplace. Bed was comfortable but not a fan of the big firm pillows. Not a soft one in the bunch. My only con was, it had an adjoining room. The other party that was in the other room was loud and we could hear their conversation through the door. I think the indoor pool was popular as there was alot of ppl swimming after 10pm and you could hear them as it echoed as they laughed and screamed. And there was free breakfast..eggs, sausage, biscuit and grave and waffles, cereal and juices.. All in all it was a good choice. I'd stay there again.
