- ZBZac BrownApr 17, 20261.0My wife and I came up here for 2026 spring rod run. We were give a room beside the laundry room. For two days the cleaning staff piled trash and dirty laundry in front of our door. My wife called the front desk and spoke with the cleaning staff and asked to remove the carts and trash multiple times. The carts were never moved. Finally went to the front desk and spoke with a lady named Rebecca with attempt to get the carts and trashed moved and she was very rude and the whole staff was defensive. Her only response is “all I can do is ask them to move them” and thats all she could do. She then offered to move our rooms. Which is ridiculous that we as customers have to pack all our things and move because you can’t control your staff. Very rude, disrespectful, and zero professionalism displayed with the staff. My wife and I will not be back and we’ll be sure to let all our friends know to not come here. Included in pictures from our room door.

I do wish I had come a bit later because of the weather, but that didn’t take away from the overall experience. The team is great everyone is friendly and professional. Mark always takes excellent care of me and my wife, treating us with consistency and respect every time we visit. He truly goes above and beyond. I also want to give a huge thank you to the team for finding my wife’s earrings and returning them to us—we truly appreciate that! Big thanks as well to housekeeping and the front desk staff. Everyone delivers outstanding service. Mark is the man! If you’re reading this—thank you so much, you’re awesome! We will definitely be returning. —From the first responder
