  We absolutely loved this place. We only got to stay one night, but it was so clean, and had everything we needed! Breakfast was freaking awesome, and the staff are awesome too! 5 stars!

  Hotel is good. Landscaping is nice. Front desk 2 stars. Actually denied me 2 bottles of water. As a BW member you should receive 2 at check in. She denied them to me 2 days after check in and said, "you should have asked at check in" I decided to be the better person and not argue over water! Petty and pathetic customer service also occurred when the same person told me she couldn't charge anything to my room. I have a BW Visa on file with them. I travel the world and stay at BW. Never had that issue ANYWHERE!

  Wow. Our first time staying here...super super nice! Clean rooms. Clean grounds. Friendly staff...the entire facility is so welcoming and well kept!! Lots of parking. Lots of trees! Even some ducks were hanging around!! We will definitely be back!

  Great room. Very clean. Cleaning people and restaurant workers are great. Basic breakfast (eggs, sausage, cereal, waffles, muffins, banana, peaches, & drinks) till 10 am. Front desk lacks services options. Can't extend stay remotely and pay remotely in 2026. Seems unreal. Made me walk to desk sick, which lacks hospitality, care, and service. Close to Dollywood. My stay at another one in NC was better. Could use training. P.S. Put magnet on door if you don't want Housekeeping. 6/10 stay

  Updaye from previous review. The lies just keep flowing ecen from the general manager. My family and I have been lied to about simple things since our first day. First off when we booked our room they gave me a price and I was completely satisfied with it. The price and stay (of course) included three pools and two hot tubs. When we pulled in atthe hotel at midnight after driving for several hours we were told that the room we were staying in did not include the inside pool and hottub(even though the website clearly states that anyone can use all three pool and both hottubs). If we wanted to use the inside pool and hottub we were gonna have to pay $216 more. I was told by the gentleman that was working the front dest that maybe if I called the ones who I booked through that I could get a cheaper rate. So of course I called them (after explaining to the front desk worker that the website clearly states that anyone can use and pool and any hotub didn't matter which part of the hotel you were staying in) but yet he told me that wasn't true. So I get on the phone (for a half hour) to call the ones I booked through. While I was on the phone with them they call the same front desk attendant that I was speaking with. The booking company was even trying to exain to him that the website says that everyone can use all poolside hottubs. Yet again the attendant told the booking company the samething he was telling me.while I was on the phone with the booking company the attendant came out and said hey I found this code that I can put in for you so it would be a little cheaper than the $216 extra but yet still a $100 more than my original price. So not knowing I said great we will take it. When we woke up in the morning we went to go check the first hottub (doesn't work) went to go check the second hottub doesn't work. Also I wondering why there was multiple people coming from everywhere outside the part of the hotel the attendant told me that we had to pay more in order to use the inside hottub and pool. So I started asking some of the employees and a different front desk attendant and they all told me that sir anyone on the hotel property can use any pool,hottub. I told that attendant what the attendant told me the night we checked in. She said he lied to us and to wait until 8am to talk to the general manager and see what he said. He explained to me that the first attendant did not tell me the correct information and that he was sorry. Of course I didn't get a refund for the extra money. I was told multiple times that the hottubs will be working the next day in the morning. Wrlk je we are four days in to our stay and still no hottubs are working. But yet we're still being told the next day. One day I called one attendant said oh we only have one hottub(clearly that is in-correct. These people have bern lieing the whole time we have been here so far and the lies keep coming. Here we are on the forth day the hottubs are supposed to have been fixed but yet they are not. They acted like they had no idea neither of them was working when I said something that first day but there is no way in hell that they both broke down the exact day that I told them about the hottubs. Nice hotel as far as clean and convenient but other than that don't stay unless you don't care to stay where everyone lies to you and gets you to pay more money,the hottubs don't work. They also had to pull it seemed like a wig there was so much hair out of the drain when my daughter took a bath and it got clogged. DON'T STAY HERE!
