- JLJessica LangstonMar 28, 20261.0I would give 0 stars if I could. Charging 250 dollars for an incidentals fee for a booking that was prepaid is absolutely insane. I stay at multiple hotels and I have never had to pay that amount. Absurd. Much better hotel options that dont have to borrow your money after you have already paid for the room. Toilet clogged after 2 uses and when we called the front desk they said to come down and get a plunger. Worst stay ever. Will not book with this hotel again.
- RDRenee DMar 27, 20265.0Very nice and clean hotel. They take it seriously. Even seen a employee out searching parking lot for trash. Service was great, very friendly. Quick to address any issues. Very good breakfast which was kept up even right before it was done. Nice pool and I loved the hot tub. Definitely would stay again. Also 24/7 fresh ground coffee as well as hot chocolate and tea.
- MDMichael DuncanMar 25, 20265.0The drive from Lee Hwy to the hotel is not good especially at night. There are no lines to drive by from Lee Hwy past the Hardee's All the way to the hotel. This really does need to be addressed.
- IWIsaac WildenMar 22, 20265.0Great experience staying for the night with this Holiday Inn. Hotel staff were very welcoming, friendly and made check in a breeze. Hotel itself is extremely clean, with everything you need to relax for the night after a long days drive. Convenient location off of 75 just north of Chattanooga, with plenty of restaurants, coffee shops, gas stations and grocery stores in the area for anything you might need. Hotel is pet friendly if you are like us and travel with your dog. I travel through Chattanooga quite a bit, and will continue to stay at this location in the future.

They were so pleasant and helpful. We didn’t catch the names of both the women just Evelyn's working the breakfast area, but wow, they kept everything spotless and available. We enjoyed the experience so much, we returned during later during the same week. I am a person who notices little things and I can honestly say THERE WERE NO LITTLE THINGS TO GRIPE ABOUT. ADDITIONALLY IT IS PROBABLY THEE CLEANEST PLACE / ANY PRICE WE HAVE EVER STAYED IN! And they had GREAT coffee!
