Blane greeted me at the front desk with the biggest, warmest smile — and honestly, that made all the difference after such a long day. His friendly and refreshing attitude immediately made me feel welcome. Johnny was also incredibly helpful, taking the time to guide my husband on where to park our 26-foot U-Haul and trailer. He went above and beyond to make sure we were settled comfortably and without any stress. The hotel itself was spotless — from the lobby to the hallways and especially our room. The beds were super comfortable, and everything felt clean, modern, and well cared for. We truly appreciated the kindness, professionalism, and hospitality of the staff. This location is a perfect stop for travelers, and we will definitely be recommending the Holiday Inn Express & Suites in Ooltewah to friends and family!
