I lost my jacket during breakfast and found it later in lost-and-found, so everyone is very honest. But I doubt whether I would stay at a Staybridge again. - The room was old and needs work, the carpet and walls were worn, and not much light in the room made the stay quite gloomy. - There was a stench of stale food as soon as you would open the door to the hallway and the stench lingers throughout the hallway. - I set the room at 73 F which is my preferred temperature, and the room was always very cold - the AC unit was not able to maintain the room at 73. It hovered around 68-69 F! - The entrance to the hotel has no signs, it was literally me groping around. Interestingly, the entrnace was just beside the dumpster! - Most importantly, my room had zero privacy. I was woken up at 4 am in the morning by headlights falling right into my eyes. I generally sleep with windows open as I like the morning light to wake me up, but here I had to go to to the window - half naked - standing in front of two strangers staring at me as they exited their car. It was embarrassing. I have not known any other place that I stayed where the parking was this close to rooms - there is generally some space and a hedge - imagine what would be if I was with my wife and kids and this happened to them. In short, it was overall a wierdly bad experience with this brand, and I believe I will avoid in the future.

Misty does a phenomenal job running the hotel. Misty prioritizes guest satisfaction and is always friendly and helpful. The location is very convenient and it's a safe location. The gazebo and fire pit area gives a quiet relaxing place to unwind after a long day!

From the moment I arrived, she went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Her warm personality, professionalism, and genuine care for guests made a huge difference in my stay. Donna greeted me with a smile every time I passed the front desk, offered helpful recommendations, and handled every request quickly and kindly. It’s rare to meet someone who truly loves what they do, but Donna’s dedication shows in every interaction. If every hotel had a “Donna,” traveling would be a lot less stressful. She’s an absolute asset to Staybridge Suites, and because of her, I’ll definitely be returning. Highly recommend!
