Misty does a phenomenal job running the hotel. Misty prioritizes guest satisfaction and is always friendly and helpful. The location is very convenient and it's a safe location. The gazebo and fire pit area gives a quiet relaxing place to unwind after a long day!

From the moment I arrived, she went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Her warm personality, professionalism, and genuine care for guests made a huge difference in my stay. Donna greeted me with a smile every time I passed the front desk, offered helpful recommendations, and handled every request quickly and kindly. It’s rare to meet someone who truly loves what they do, but Donna’s dedication shows in every interaction. If every hotel had a “Donna,” traveling would be a lot less stressful. She’s an absolute asset to Staybridge Suites, and because of her, I’ll definitely be returning. Highly recommend!

A couple of odd things happened this time around, but I will stay there again due to the staff and location near where I need to be for work while in town. I would recommend as a long stay hotel if you have any work in Oak Ridge.
